A cozy separate apartment with a fireplace in a new family house is located in the village of Sučany, just a few minutes from the city center, ski resorts, beautiful nature suitable for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, fishing, or swimming in nature or in aquaparks. You can sit in the warm weather in the garden with the possibility of barbecue, or in the cold weather by the fireplace, use the infrared sauna for 2 people. The cottage is located near the Belez Hotel under Kubinska Hoľa (10 min by car) in the small cottage area of Beňova Lehota. A dirt road leads to the cottage. The parking lot is located at the cottage or you can leave the car at the Belez hotel (10 min walk) 10€ per stay, it is necessary to report the license plate. Suitable for 4X4 and SUV vehicles!

You can reach Gubałówka on foot(1 hour) and go by ropeway to Krupówki (4 minutes). Surroundings: hiking and cycling routes, ski slops!

There is a free self-service electric sauna outside. Each chalet has two free parking spaces assigned.
