First of all, If you are looking for an escape away from huzz and buzz of the city, just book this place. Privately located matching every description to the point with stunning bhimashankar hills standing tall with all its charm. On a rainy day, you will see hundreds of waterfalls, clouds literally bowing down to you at the gazebo on the second floor. Pool was pristine clear and literally we were there the whole day. Badminton, Cards, Cricket name it and you have it. Huge shoutout to sonali & shankar for being such beautiful hosts from the moment of booking to check out who hav handpicked every single furnitures to elevate the plushness of the property. Vivek & Tanaji, the caretakers were more like family members who even kept an eye for our group of kids around, always available at call. Stunning food they served was mind-blowing and suggestions of quantity were precise. Worth every penny to enjoy with your gang or to unwind yourself. Highly recommend the property for its charm.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful farmhouse retreat! The villa was spotless and tastefully decorated, instantly making us feel at home. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Located conveniently close to Mumbai, it was a perfect weekend getaway. Communication was smooth—our hosts were responsive and thoughtful throughout. The place exceeded expectations with a lovely pool (plus a kid’s pool), toys for our little one, and books and board games for us. A perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, the home retains its farmhouse character with top-notch amenities. We especially loved the serene garden and orchard—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at night. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, and we felt completely safe and cared for throughout our stay. Huge thanks to Shridhar, Saloni, Adinath, and Shyamsundar for a truly memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautifully designed and perfect for couples. Cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. The caretaker was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Darryl’s is an absolute gem! A new property set on a private 3-acre property, it offers the perfect mix of luxury, nature, and serenity. The villa is spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for families or group of friends looking to relax away from the city. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for a refreshing dip while surrounded by majestic mountains and lush greenery. The vast open spaces made it even more special, allowing us to truly disconnect and unwind. A huge plus, it’s pet friendly! My pet had an amazing time running around safely, making it a rare and wonderful find for pet parents. Darryl and his mom went out of their way to make our stay wonderful and comfortable. The food was served hot and with lots of love. They were available throughout our stay to guide us. We’ve found a place that we would keep coming back to!

It was a wonderful stay at Siddharth's house. Everything was as per description. The care taker was excellent in his services and was very helpful. Food was also good. ACs are all working nicely. Pool was also clean and as per description and photos. Will definitely visit again in Monsoon.

We stayed at The Mulberry farms for two nights and had the best stay we have had in maharashtra. Shamit’s place was exactly as described and probably even better than we expected. Shamit (the host) was very responsive and friendly from the time we booked to the time we left. The caretaker Naresh did an excellent job with the food and looking after us. The location of the property and the detail in everything is exceptional. You can tell the owners really love and value what they’ve built . Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. The plus point is the beautiful pool which is pretty rare for stand alone homes in Mulshi. We will be back very soon ♥️

Yesterday, I visited with my team for a staff picnic, and I was truly delighted with the entire experience. The hospitality was beyond expectations, manager DhaniRam and the other three staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we felt completely at home. The stay was luxurious to another level, and it’s clear that the soul of Ekyam lies in its amazing team. Please don’t change them, they’re the reason the place feels so special. Well done to the entire staff!

I had an opportunity to stay at Rina's place with my wife for a weekend in March 2025. Before the check-in everything was well communicated along with the food options. The Caretaker at property insured on the check-in morning whether everything was as per the plan. On arriving we were warmly welcomed by Kisan and Sopan. Both of them are welcoming. Property is located on the bank of a river and property is quite large with a swimming pool and mediation area. It's quite an peaceful. Rooms are spacious and we loved how the interior was planned. I am an IKEA fan myself so I loved it personally. Food is good. Property being in a village location has an electricity issue which is very common in Karjat but host made sure that we don't have any trouble in our stay. I would highly recommend this place only for such people who are looking for a quite, peaceful and comfortable stay. This place would be amazing in monsoon.
