Vacation rentals with a patio in Tumbes

I had a really nice stay in this apartment. From the first moment, the service was very warm and they were always willing to help. The place is comfortable, clean and well-equipped for a carefree stay. Although the air conditioning is only in the living room, the atmosphere remains cool and pleasant. The two rooms are cozy, the kitchen has everything you need and the WiFi works perfectly. Also, being able to watch cable TV was a plus to relax at night. I felt right at home and would definitely come back. It's an ideal place to rest, with excellent value for money.

Everything is very nice, the nice place is safe and super private

Everything was excellent, the apartment on the first floor has a good location by the pool, privacy and easy access to the beach. The beach was a bit affected by the rains, but it was due to an anomalous season of extreme rains. Despite that, you can enjoy the sea. Ariana is an excellent host and the apartment is exactly as described and in the photos.

This home had everything we were looking for: direct access to the beach, pool, ocean view from the main room, patio from which to enjoy the sunset, private terrace and more! Our house was located in the first row, the condominium and the house is well laid out and equipped. Luis and César, who are physically in the location, helped us at all times with the parking and with any additional requirements. I would definitely come back and recommend it!

Excellent place to rest, super quiet and accessible to the beach

The place is as shown in the images, it is a very nice beach house with all the amenities, grill, board games, swimming pool and exclusive access to the beach. Due to the weather situation in Ecuador and Tumbes, we had some bad moments that were satisfactorily addressed by the host. She was very attentive and above all managed to solve the difficulties so that we could continue to enjoy our vacation. The host is a 10/10. Casa Mare is a very nice and well-kept place, all the people in charge of its care are very willing and attentive to your needs. It's definitely a place to go back.

We loved the stay at Sofia's beautiful home for its direct ocean access and hammock area, which is really relaxing. It is very close to the central area of Zorritos, a 5-minute drive.

Everything was fine, they should just update the photos of the apartments, and list them so that there are no problems when selecting them. They should be the current photos of each house. Other than that, everything was very good. The people who are in charge of the condominium are very friendly and kind. Thank you for making us have a nice vacation. The house was in a good location as it directly to the beach and the place was very quiet, that if it is away from the village l, so there was no place to buy from everything nearby. But, the host who recommended us to hire the owner of the house, Keyla, I cook and kept the house clean, excellent, she made our stay without mishaps, because she gave us good data for transportation, tours, she bought us what we needed from the village. She made our stay very nice, without her it would have been complicated. So, I absolutely recommend that when they go to the house they have the services of Keyla so I can help make the stay better. I also recommend to wear a lot of repellent and blocker

The place is as described, spacious, clean and with a nice beachfront view. Good location, you can reach it with colectivos that go to Zorritos. Something very important is that it is located in the established and safe distance from the beach so as not to be affected in case of anomalous waves. Nice stay, I hope to come back when there are no waves to be able to enter the beach. I recommend bringing their implements to cook in case they wish to do it although there is also a delivery service. In the accommodation there is everything you need to cook but no condiments as due to the heat they can be spoiled.
