House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Pet friendly w/ pre-approval. One bedroom Upper apartment with fully equipped kitchen, large living room with roll out sofa, queen size bed in bedroom and bath with clawfoot tub.

Nestled in a grove of Norwegian spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Situated in the best spot on Little York Lake, this dog-friendly, 3 BR, 1.5 Bath lakefront home features a corner lot with breathtaking panoramic views of the lake & surrounding mountains. The yard is fully fenced in. This retreat has 60 ft of lake frontage & is nearby the Finger Lakes, wineries, Skaneateles, & colleges (SUNY Cortland, Cornell & Syracuse Univ.) Enjoy kayaking, swimming, or using the paddle boat in the lake and then relaxing in the hot tub or enjoy smores by a fire.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

The living room overlooks the pool and gardens. Also includes garage parking with garage remote. Non smokers only please (total non-smoking home of any kind) Guests staying must be 25 or older. No pets or service animals. Granted exemption from Airbnb due to host's allergies . No visitors, please.

1820's Quaint Rustic Farmhouse

Beautiful, spacious, two-bedroom private suite. The Farmhouse is located on 50 acres of farmland in our beautiful river valley. We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. Great location for professors, parents, students, outdoor enthusiast and anyone exploring the Finger lakes! We hope you enjoy your stay and come back again.
