Wonderful stay! We used the property as a base for exploring the local national parks - very convenient location! The property/house was clean - we notice small things and think the cleaning crew does a good job. It is rare today that online pictures accurately display the current condition of a property, but all online pictures are very representative of the property! Obviously the pool/hot tub were amazing, especially upon return from a day of hiking, the afternoon heat of California and with kids! Perfect dwelling for a young outdoor family looking for a resort like feel at a fraction of the price! Furthermore, the privacy and quietness of the location will best any other place in town. Excellent stay and the hosts are very responsive, often immediately responsive, and offered great recommendations. Overall, great property, location and value.

What can be said about Kaweah Cottage except that it is a truly magical retreat!! This lovely cottage is the perfect place if you are seeking nature, solace, and rest for your soul. We will definitely return for future visits when feeling the need to unplug from everything. And who doesn't love having a temporary pet cat who hangs out with you during your stay?! Loved this cottage! Don't hesitate to book. You will be SO glad you did!

Beautiful home and beautiful views. Kids loved the game room but most of all the patio area. Large area prefect for gathering and hanging out. Jacuzzi was great on the patio with an amazing view. We loved sitting in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset. Dena was also amazing!!! So grateful for her. After a very long day at Kings Canyon National Park and being so tired we arrived back at the house at 9pm and due to my user error on my end I couldn't get my door code to work. I called Dena and she answered right away and was able to slow me down and get us in without any delays.

Words cannot express how happy my wife and I were with this amazing property and our stay thus past Memorial Weekend. Richard & Jeanie were impeccable hosts and quick to respond and offered an amazing welcome binder and info with suggestions for restaurants and activities as well as information on the National Parks. The cabin has a great central location that is walkable to several restaurants, shops and the river is literally right in your backyard. The place was absolutely pristine and had all of the amenities of a high end hotel and even offered some tasty snacks and have you covered if you happened to forget any essentials. We were also greeted upon entry with a nice card and bottle of wine which was very unexpected and thoughtful from the hosts. This was the perfect weekend getaway for us to have some peace and serenity by the river while sitting in the yard or jacuzzi and watch rafters go by, a plethora of bird life and a tranquil view. We will return again soon.

We had a great stay for our Sequoia trip. The place was spacious for our large group. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The backyard is beautiful!

The house was well placed for a stop on the way to Yosemite.

Robin’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway in Sequoia National Park. It was such a beautiful space and had everything we need. We would definitely stay again.

The Sleepy Racoon Cabin is a small, simple house in an incredibly beautiful and peaceful setting. A wild turkey was often nearby. So many birds - a joy to watch - flocked to the feeders. There were quail and lizards - we loved it! Convenient to King's Canyon, it made a great home base for our exploration of the park. Kim's hospitality was truly wonderful. She was there to welcome us, answer questions, and she made us feel welcome and at home. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat - if you want to spend time in Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park - the Sleepy Racoon is a great place to be.

This is our third time renting this place..easy and convenient to all the areas in downtown. It is perfect for 2 or 3 people. We feel perfectly secure and safe here and Ursula and team are easy to work with. Self checkin/out is a plus! It is about a 3 minute drive to Hwy 198 from the Airbnb.

Great location and a lot of privacy. It was peaceful and extremely close to the entrance of sequoia national park. Will definitely stay here again

My stay here was absolutely magical! Such a beautiful area, and a lovely unit to stay in with everything you need. Loved seeing the cute little pigs, the big white friendly dogs protecting them and the peaceful river lined with gorgeous trees. The hosts are very responsive and kind. The town of Kingsburg is so quaint and charming as well. I hope to return someday!

What a treat to stay here. If you’re an animal lover this is your paradise! We got to feed and pet the horses and the hosts’ two dogs greeted us and were so cute and friendly and loved the pets we were eager to give. Gorgeous property. Amazing hosts. Comfortable and relaxing place to stay very close to local town restaurants and brewery. A great place to stay while visiting the beautiful Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park.

It’s hard to put into words just how incredible this place is, I could write paragraphs. We use vacation rental homes a lot and this by far surpasses them all. So nice not to have to buy tp, paper towels, gbg bags, laundry & dishwasher det. and more but it’s all supplied. Beds are super comfortable, high-quality sheets and towels, and plenty of them, lots of extra blankets. Box fan in every closet, sound machine by every bed. So, so, so many extra touches beyond what I mentioned that go above and beyond. The place inside and out is both beautiful and serene. Could have happily spent a month. Only one small country store in the little town nearby so if you plan to do cooking and stay an extended time, definitely hit up a Walmart or a large grocery store before you arrive. Especially if you’re looking to get away from it all and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing retreat, this is the perfect place whether you’re one couple, a family, or a group of friends. Owner should teach a class.

We had a wonderful stay at Alta Peak Penzion in Three Rivers. The space was serene and thoughtfully maintained, surrounded by nature and just a short drive from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Check-in was smooth with no issues at all, and having the WiFi credentials ahead of time was super convenient. Peter and Alena were thoughtful hosts—Peter even helped us with an early check-in, which we truly appreciated, even though we couldn’t take advantage of it as our schedule was dictated by our two-year-old. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, making it easy to prepare quick meals. The balcony views, relaxing by the pool, and the stunning night skies made for a peaceful retreat. The conveniently placed NEMA 14-50 outlet kept our Tesla juiced up and completely eased any charging anxiety. If we find ourselves visiting this side again, we would absolutely stay here. Probably one of the best airbnb experience I have had.

Chris and his family were extremely friendly and accommodating! This was the perfect place for me and my dog to stay while visiting the national parks. The space was exactly as described and their home is close to everything you would ever need. I would highly recommend staying here and if I ever come back to visit the parks I will definitely be staying here!

We loved the location, which is within 3 miles of Sequoia National Park entrance. The pool area had a child protection gate/fence around it, which really put our minds at ease. The balcony views were lovely! Really loved the interesting art work as well!

This place was what I was looking for, disconnecting myself from the rest of the world for a weekend. My family really enjoyed the stay so much that they wanted to stay longer. The host such a nice lady always greeted us with a smile. Hope I can come back soon. Thank you Michal sorry my daughter still some these juicy great fruit of yours she loves fruits.
