The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Ken’s place was the perfect stay for us! The location was fantastic—we were able to keep our car parked in the locked, secure garage all weekend and was able to walk to pike’s place and the space needle easily. We loved how safe and secure the building was. Ken did a walk through with us to show us the amenities and made us feel welcomed. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Seattle!

What a fantastic experience , apartment is superb in lovely area . Jocelyn and Steve have got things spot on , so nice for essentials and treats to be left . This is how things should be . Nice comfy bed and have to say a great sunset from balcony . It was a treat to stay here . We loved our stay in Seattle and going back again for 2 days after being in Alaska . Nice also to have transport tickets to use . Loved it .

Bill and Jimi were fantastic hosts and their place is perfect for a great stay right in the heart of the downtown with easy access to most places. Highly recommended!

A perfect home base for our first trip to Seattle! Gorgeous 10th floor views over the city, and walkable to everything. All interaction with Ginny was prompt and easy. She’s very responsive, on top of it. Have a bowl of the best New England clam chowder ever at Pike Place Chowder, and have dinner at Zig Zag, an intimate, lovely little jazz place with excellent cocktails and food.

Close walking distance to everything! Had a great time exploring downtown Seattle with this as a home base. David was very helpful with check in and communication.

This apartment was perfect for a Seattle trip for 3 of us for a few nights. The building and neighborhood felt really safe, and we were able to walk to Pike Place market, Capitol Hill, and the Space Needle from there…along with walking to a ton of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The bed was comfortable, it was so helpful to have laundry access, and the rooftop deck was so perfect!!

This is a well stocked Airbnb! Everything you need has been given thought. It is also in the perfect location to walk to all of the tourist attractions and great restaurants. Plus it’s on a pretty street. Plus the hosts are awesome!

Stayed a this little gem of a spot for a week in Seattle. It was fantastic. It's right off of some of the main Capitol Hill streets where there are great restaurants, bars and stores. Awesome view of the Seattle skyline, including the Space Needle and the Olympic Mountains as well. In a relatively quiet, safe neighborhood too. Very clean and great value! Would definitely recommend.

This was hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect and the condo is quiet, clean, and safe. Raj was super helpful and very communicative throughout (as well as before and after!) the process. 10/10 would recommend.

House was in a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Apartment was stocked very well with amenities needed for our stay. Garage parking that came with the house was very convenient. Nitpick: Dropping the parking fob back in the house after taking the car out of the garage is a bit tedious.

Wonderful location with was walking distance from Seattle center and the pier. Our daughter loved the pool as well!

Jing was a great host! She was able to accompdate us for early check in! Could not have asked for a better host! The space was clean and tidy, had wifi, and had a killer view of the Space Needle. There was also a washer/dryer and a portable AC unit. Complimentary Hi Chew and water was also a nice touch. The only other accomodation we could have wanted was place to hang out clothes. Not a big deal, but just a convenience. The place was about a 5 min walk to the Space Needle/Chihuly and a 15-20 min walk to Pike's. Having a parking space was key in the city. The parking space was tight and small, but was in a remote accessed garage and felt secure. Had a great time and stay in Seattle. We would certainly stay here again next time we visit!

Picture this: arrive in Seattle and arrive at your condo for 3 pm check in looking straight at the Public Market sign with signature clock (which fortunately I saw on the last day of my stay at 5:50 am when I thought I set my alarm for 5:30 am but it was set for pm!). Drop our family bags and head down to the Market to find inspiration for dinner tonight. Buy great produce and seafood, two kinds of cool pasta, and a humbow to tide me over, go back up to the condo in 20 steps, welcome a few friends and family who chat and laugh and drink while they help me make dinner. So fresh, so real, so perfect in this condo right by the Market that is decked out in all the things needed to cook a great dinner and enjoy time together while ogling the fabulous Seattle waterfront. And that was just day one. Our host Taylor was easily reachable by text anytime we had a question or issue, and so kind and warm. Even helped us idiots figure out that the living room couch was a bed for our 6’4” son

Thomas’ place was clean, tidy, and cozy! He was also was very hospitable and he was quick to respond to any messages. The place was a short walk to a Whole Foods and a few restaurants, which made it easier for us to walk to since we didn’t have a car. We’d stay at Thomas’ place again!

Felt right at home and very clean. Quiet and peaceful. Will come back to this place next time. Recommend to stay here. Jinny is a very nice lady.

Spot on the Hill is in a quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. The place itself is well kept and has all the amenities. Billy was proactive in communicating, accommodated our late checkin and was quick in approving our extension request. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our pups as we were visiting family in the area over the holidays. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and very private. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings, and were very comfortable. Angela added very thoughtful touches throughout the house, for us and for the pups. This is a great place to stay!

Sharon was a fabulous host, responding quickly to questions and flexible about check in. The house itself is fantastic, clean and comfortable. Great beds and a huge TV for movies in the finished basement. We chose this rental because of the back yard with the heated gazebo and it was perfect for our needs. Our family gathered comfortably, able to move in and out the sun, and the dogs could lounge in a fully-fenced area. Having a driveway was brilliant! We could easily park 3 cars at this rental. My mother has trouble with lots of stairs, so she slept in a ground floor bedroom (which only involved about 5 or 6 steps up to the front door) and when she needed to go the back yard, she would walk around the front of the house to the driveway and access the back yard from side gate. Otherwise, she would have had to descend a lot of steps into the basement and then ascend a lot of steps from the basement to the back yard. I wanted others to know about the side gate option!

I’ve been reserving Airbnb‘s 5+ years and Kevin‘s home is by far the most cleanest place my family and I has ever been in. Not even one speck of dust on top of any dressers or furniture. I take cleanliness and sanitation very serious due to my wife’s auto immune disease so I really appreciate Kevin and his crew. The outside ocean views are beautiful and the interior of the home issa vibe. You can tell Kevin has great taste and substance! The upstairs gets pretty hot and humid, but Kevin provides portable ACs and strong fans within the home that really help. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to rebooking in the near future. Thanks for accommodating and hosting Kevin!

We had a great stay! We needed somewhere close to home to stay while we had our kitchen remodeled and this was a great option. Everything was very comfortable!
