The apartment has an excellent location, a store nearby to buy essentials, close to the main road for access to public transport, very quiet and safe. Doña Alicia is a very hospitable and respectful person; she knows the places to visit very well and makes important recommendations for travel in the area. super recommended!!

The sea of Yenifer, Rosaria welcomed us with great care and empathy. She took us under her wing during our stay. Indeed, we arrived very late in Ipiales with our two children, due to a bomb that exploded during our journey. She was available and attentive. She helped us order food when it was 10 p.m. Then, she offered to drop us off at the bus station in Tulcan, Ecuador (for a fair financial compensation). We had a problem with our bank, she helped us. She was very considerate and flexible. A person with a very big heart! A very nice meeting during our trip. We were able to have a real exchange despite our differences in language and culture. We regret not staying one more night in Ipiales. Thank you for everything, Rosaria!

Beautiful location in the mountains, perfect for visiting Las Lajas and resting. No WiFi, but there’s cell phone service. Monica took me in her truck to Ipiales so that I could buy groceries and food without having to get back on my motorcycle. She also took me to the tram (teleférico) station that takes you to Las Lajas. I was invited to a Rotary Club meeting my second night and met lots of friendly people while eating and drinking…A wonderful place to rest in peace.
