Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child, and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 baby cots available upon request).

This accommodation, next to our home, is equipped for a family with young children. It is close to shops and the leisure center (20 m from the beach). The house is located by the Tuffé lake (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, as well as authorized navigation). Tuffé is located in the heart of the Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit, 1 hour from La Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest highway exit is 5 minutes away.

Ideal for family gatherings, large festive tables, sports walks or afternoon reading by the fireplace. Cottage at the exit of the village with its shops (bakery, hairdresser, grocery store, tobacco...), common to a Sarthe property. Amenities: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, raclette machine, pancake party, baby cot and high chair on request... You have the entire house, and parking is available in my driveway or in front of the house.
