We are happy to welcome you to the countryside in an old farmhouse converted into a gîte. A friendly place, quiet, with the charm of natural materials. Great for gatherings with family or friends. 5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

Le Bordage du Gué, cottage for 8 people in Perche Sarthois.

Bordered by a pretty little stream, the Bordage du Gué gîte is 20 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit. In addition to the SNCF station located in the municipality, the village also has a motorway interchange (A11), 2 km from the gîte. - Château de Bresteau 500 meters away. - Lake with supervised swimming in summer season 4 km away. - Pescheray Zoo 15 min drive. - Tourist railway in the village.
