Good connection to the greater Stuttgart area with the airport - only about 30 minutes away. A large covered wooden terrace with lawn area surrounds the entire apartment. The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure well-being. Custom kitchen from the kitchen manufacturer, fast Wi-Fi and a large TV complete the package.

The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen.
