In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, our completely refurbished bakery is located. Walk into the endless German forests from the yard or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful towns such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €15,- per person

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of nature reserve the Springendal, just a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have one of the ten apartments that are fully, cozy and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments are furnished for 4 people. In our old granary, you can have breakfast or lunch, and we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a locally special beer.

Outside on private property there is a food forest and vegetable garden, sweet animals and several seats where you can relax in privacy. Goeiedag, ik ben Jet en verhuur sinds 2019 met veel plezier een 2-kamer appartement/studio met luxe privé badkamer met jacuzzi en airconditioning. De woning is gelegen in de groene wijk Hasseler Es. Je kunt hier heerlijk vertoeven en even helemaal tot rust komen. Maximaal 4 gasten. Geen huisdieren. Gratis parkeren in de straat. Bushalte op 200 meter, winkels op 500 meter. 2 gratis leenfietsen aanwezig.

In our guest house furnished with a lot of love, we warmly welcome our guests. The guest house has 2 single beds, which are located on an gallery. ( The beds can also be pushed together). There is room for more guests on a sofa bed. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and biking trails, you will find our nice guest house. We look forward to your visit.

The cottage is situated in a small forest along a sand road. The rest and quiet you find here is something that's rare to find in these times. It overlooks large pastures and sometimes the cows might come up to your windows. You can stay here and enjoy the rest and the great biking routes the area offers.
