A very good location, easy to travel around, lots of attractions nearby. Convenience store just downstairs, no worries on stocking up necessities. Condition of the house is good, furnitures are all in good shape and comfy. Plus point is a good washer dryer which save lots of hassle. Aircond is cold, fridge works perfect, bed is comfortable as well. The only downside is the speed of the lift. There are 4 lifts available, however only 3 is working during our stay. Wait time can go up to 10-15 min during peak hour. Good job from the management to manually control the lift to loosen up the traffic. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and value for money.

Stay is clean and properly designed. However the toilet bowl had some leakage issues which cause foul smell. Other aspects are great

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect family stay. We absolutely loved our time here. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Perfect for families! Everything worked well, and the host was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back again with balcony view you can see extra airport landing! 😍

The suite is near the hotel, beach and night market. very clean and wide room with wonderful view outside. I enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof too.

Very good apartment to stay it is clean and everything is complete inside including washing machine and dryer as well. owner is friendly.

Beautiful and well thought designed house equipped with toiletries and great shower! Clean and comfortable beddings. The 3 bedroom home is great for our 2 families of 8 persons. Wong is also very responsive and there is a housekeeper nearby on standby whenever we needed something. We love the house and the beautiful view of Mt Kinabalu! Instructions into the house was easy and well communicated. Thoughtful to provide umbrellas which came in handy on one very rainy night! The house also have disposable slippers for us which was also great! Highly recommended place to stay! Thank you for the lovely stay in Kundasang! ❤️

Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

The scenery stood out the most, absolutely stunning; waking up to the majestic view of Mount Kinabalu every morning felt like a dream. The air was crisp and fresh, and the surrounding greenery was so calming. It was the perfect escape from the city hustle.

Very very nice home! I stayed with 19 adults & 1 children, the house is very huge. Disposable towel & toothbrushes were prepared by the owner. Thank you so much we had a perfect stay.

very clean and spacious area and the place is soooo cold!! i love it! Free alarm clock from the chickens, the shower was clean with a good water heater. The kitchen had everything!! pots pans etc, and even seasoning, rice and ice! Wifi was good and there’s friendly neighbourhood cats so bring cat food! the road is very bumpy and under developed so drive safely!! but overall i had a great time staying there 💗

stayed 1 night at this AirBnB for Marathon. location is juz a few steps from start point. also easy to locate. house is well kept maintained. if only air-con be available in all the bedrooms & bathrooms be well ventilated, it would be a bonus! but if given another opportunity, would choose this location again for accomodation. highly recommended as host super helpful

非常nice的一次住宿！房东小姐姐人超级nice哇！很及时的回应我们的问题，入住非常快速，并且可以寄放行李！还会提供美食攻略！每一家都很好吃👍👍超有品的一位小姐姐哇🫰🫰人美心善 住宿：房间赶紧整洁，没有异味。床很舒服，并且提供了多个垃圾桶、化妆镜（非常贴心！🥰🥰）。还有超级贴心的水和零食（被种草了零食饼干！） 交通：离码头很近！跳岛可以多睡几分钟😙😙附近很多美食都可以步行走到！ 非常治愈的一次旅行！

Everything was fine,,the only bad part is need to waiting for lift (small space) even there is 4 lift😅,, and no rubbish bin area to throw your trash,, overall everything is fine and very convenient

This house is awesome! It's good for big family. My family member are 10 people and we used the house very well. There are three rooms. And each room has bathroom(toilet and shower booth) so we can easily use the bathrooms. And you can see the sunset from the windows!! (in February). it looked awesome. If you visit this house, I recommend you to bring your own hair dryer because there was a dryer but it was fixed on the wall. and maybe you need to bring some towels because there were 10 big towels. I prefer small ones to use.
