On the upper elevations of the garden and on the terrace in front of the house, there is a magnificent view of the Lesvos on one side and the view of the mountain and the valley on the other. During the day you can take long nature walks, you can go to the sea within 5 minutes walking distance. You can enjoy waking up in a house where you can't hear noises except for the sounds of birds.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

A detached stone house in a private garden, 3 km from the sea, surrounded by nature, at the foot of the Kaz Mountains, in Çanakkale Assos, where you can stay peacefully and safely with your family. The garden floor apartment and garden are completely for our guests. The upper floor of the stone house is an apartment with an independent entrance from above, where family members stay at certain times.

Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.
