May in Sevan is quite cool, it's good that there is a gas stove in the house. In general, I had a wonderful time in the countryside with a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. Will definitely be back!

Good apartment on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance), very close to the city center, a lot of local restaurants in a walking distance. Well furnished kitchen, the entire apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very kind and responsive.

We liked the place, clean, modern, the renovation is fresh, the bed is comfortable, there is an iron, a kettle, a hairdryer, a microwave, a refrigerator, its own territory with a grill and a gazebo, the location is excellent, two minutes from the beach, there are cafes nearby, a little further, but also close to restaurants and shops. Sevanovank Temple is within walking distance, with beautiful views of the lake.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this house in Dilijan. The location is perfect—nestled in the serene, forested hills, yet close enough to the town center for convenience. The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with traditional Armenian touches that made it feel both authentic and comfortable.

Very private location with a large garden, shed with grilling supplies, patio with dining table and chairs for cosy meals outside. The house has 3 levels with bathroom/shower on every level. Beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s located on the hill, about 15 min walk to town but much harder walking back up the hill. With the car only 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries, we never had problems finding street parking in town. Streets on the hill are narrow but almost no traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful location, a little off the main road with good wifi it’s highly recommended. Enough space and privacy for a large family.

Beautiful landscaped surroundings encourage you to relax in the garden. The location is off the beaten path without a car. Very welcoming hosts, quick to respond to any questions during your stay. We had a great stay in Nurnus! Before the trip, I called Armen to ask if we should bring firewood for the grill — he said no worries, there’s already plenty at the house. He also told us that the pool will be perfect for swimming once the water warms up. When we arrived in the village, Armen met us and guided us to the house. He showed us around, explained everything, and later even called to check if everything was good — very kind and attentive! The place itself is beautiful — amazing views, gorgeous sunsets, very cozy and comfortable. The heating was on, so it was warm at night, hot water was always available, and the linens were clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

Artaq is very kind guy and very helpful and friendly. His house is a great place to spend your travel time in relaxing and quiet... really recommended for big families or group of friends. very comfortable and good facilities. location is interesting and not far from the Sevan lake.

Everything went great! We met with a large group in Armenia, this house gave us the opportunity to see everyone with family and friends! The location of the house is very convenient, especially if you want to visit all the sights of Armenia, everything is close. Pleasant owners of the house, very responsive. I advise everyone to ask about guest towels in advance with the hosts, we arrived without them, but we managed to solve the problem and they brought them to us! Everyone was very satisfied ♥️

Narek and his family are wonderful hosts. His father, a very energetic, humble and loving person, took us around for sight seeing and offered very tasty home made local food, wine and vodka. The place was very quite and peaceful, with grapes, apple, pear, peach and other trees all around. For me it was like a once in a lifetime experience, an amazing Armenian hospitality. Would always be there again whenever I am around. I would recommend this property to all.
