Located on the corner of Post & Marr streets; 2 blocks walking distance from Bullocks grocery store, shops, restaurants and the TorC Brewery on Broadway, it is perfectly located to explore TorC. This 1928 stucco 2 bedroom house has a kitchen with breakfast nook, basement laundry and a walled private backyard with 2 cowboy tubs (single & group). The mineral water comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your soaking pleasure .

There is a fenced yard. There are a few steps on the path from driveway to the porch, not compatible with wheelchair. There is a smart thermostat in the main hall regulating central cooling/heating, and there is an additional mini-split unit in the master bedroom and space heater in the master bath.
