Sleeping weather. with double bed (can be split in two), dresser and clothes rack. Swimming room. with shower and toilet. A small weather with a dining area. Tiles in wooden look in every room. We are a family of 4 upstairs which will occasionally be heard. Free parking on the road and in the driveway.

There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. TV (cable TV) in both rooms. Large garden that my guests are welcome to use. There is a terrace dedicated to guests. My little dog Futte (allergy-friendly) runs freely in the garden and likes to entertain guests. She is very fond of children.

A small studio apartment (45 M2) with a mini-kitchen and a private bathroom on the first floor of an older house in beautiful surroundings. 10 km. to Aarhus C, 3 km to E45 and 2.5 km to a supermarket. The apartment overlooks Aarhus Ådal and Årslev Engsø . Bus to the center at the door as well as nice bike and walking path around the lakes and into the city. There is a carport for the van. Here is peace and quiet!
