The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. The 2 -room apartment is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich, with covered south-facing balcony. Living room with open fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and hallway. You can reach the train (S-Bahn) in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It lasts - 10 minutes to eastStation, 20 minutes to Munich MainStation. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
