Quiet neighborhood setting with ample privacy

Quiet family oriented neighborhood. 10 miles from Kiawah Island featuring beautiful beaches and some of the best golf in SC including the famous PGA course at Kiawah Golf course. Folly Beach 12 miles away and downtown Charleston 10 miles away. The interior has been recently renovated with 2 smaller bedrooms and a medium size master bedroom. The home includes a large deck for coffee and a mid size bbq grill. **Unfortunately due to a few inconsiderate guests, we no longer allow pets. *** Sorry.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Charming Designer Cottage - Near Downtown & Beach!

We stayed here for our mini honey moon and it was perfect for our needs! Not only was it beautifully built and designed, it felt at home. They left us a personalized letter with snacks and coffee. It was very clean, quiet despite being near the home, and even had fresh flowers! Easy to drive to Folly Beach, downtown or even over to Shem Creek. If you’re looking for a clean and cute space for a get away, it’s perfect!

Danielle’s place was perfect. Quiet and peaceful. Not too far from downtown but not too close. The place was exactly as described. Wish we would’ve had more time to get toured around but had a pretty full itinerary. We’ll definitely be back for an introduction to all of the animals. Would highly recommend

We loved our stay at Brittany's place! It's peaceful and appointed beautifully. I loved the extra touches, even though our trip was too short to take advantage of many of them, and appreciated the farm tour. From a practical standpoint, the location was close to the grocery store and DG, which we needed before heading to Edisto about 30 minutes away. Great AirBNB!

What a great place! The pictures do it justice but when you get there it is even better. The home is beautiful and there is much attention to detail paid to the design. We also loved the fact that you could actually cook a meal there. Kitchen is stocked and the home feels lived in, which is great change of pace from investor Airbnbs that don’t have anything you need to cook a meal. Allison was super responsive and great to work with. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. Nothing but great things to say, 10/10!
