Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. This is a beautiful apartment located in the outskirts of Patras. This makes it slightly inconvenient to reach the center, but we didn't mind as we mainly used the place to stay for the night. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The terrace is nice too, but the weather wasn't too great. In all, great value for money, especially for those who want to stay in. If you want to explore Patras, you better strap your laces. In our case, we took the car down the boulevard through the port and parked near the large church.

The Loft is ..wow! Expectations were high but we were not disappointed. The large outside spaces are a real bonus and the views are amazing from both inside and outside. A great deal of care and attention has gone into creating this space... it is luxurious, comfortable and practical. Bed and pillows are very good. Parking is very convenient ... as is the shop over road. Charming and pretty, Napflio old town is a 15 minute stroll away and there are fantastic places to swim and beaches and other attractions nearby to explore. It is an easy 2 hour drive from Athens.

The morning awakening, with nature literally entering the house through the large openings of windows and balcony doors, it's something we'll never forget. The little one, the road that brings you to the house taking a small stream in the winter, disappears when you are inside and you think you are in the fir trees and into the mountain. The house is beautiful, made with modern architecture, ample spaces, impeccable bathrooms and beds. The hospitality is lavish, heat everywhere, plenty of food, utensils, and wood for the large fireplace. We can't wait to come back

What a beautiful location. Right on the sea where my boys could literally jump into the sea from the patio. The house was perfect for what we needed and ideal for watching the sun rise with a coffee and set with a glass of local wine. Derveni is a great location for driving to local sites and exploring the mountains. We hired a boat from 'Lidoblue' in Kiato and played with dolpins. Comfortable beds and aircon for when the nights started to heat up. Thank you and we look forward to returing for longer next year 🤞😀✨️
