Vacation rentals with a patio in Troncones

We had a wonderful stay. The area is safe and private. Beautiful views. Very steep walk but taxis are readily available. Comfortable clean and stylish place. Well stocked kitchen. We did lots of cooking and enjoyed outdoor meals. The plunge pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach or the walk up to the bungalow. It is also right down the street from one of our favorite restaurants. Great guidebook with lots of local tips. Overall a wonderful place and great host! Thanks Claire!

Cozy, private apartment close to everything. I had great sleeps in the bed, used the stove, walked everywhere, and enjoyed coming back to my place to hang out. A/C worked great. But the best part about staying here was meeting my host Hugo. He is an amazing guide, I felt really safe with him and he went out of his way to make me feel at home on the beach and in the waves. Thank you for everything Platano!

The place was amazing, the staff was super friendly and there is a nice pool as well as a very clean private beach. Everything is spectacular, I would only say that there is a need for more options on the menu, as for those of us who don't eat meat, it is very limited.

This was a lovely apartment right in the middle of town. We loved it. It was close to the boardwalk and there were so many restaurants nearby. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and modern. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

The pictures accurately portray this beautiful home. The views were breathtaking, with stunning sunsets everyday. The Condo was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils to cook delicious meals. Any issues were handled promptly by the Owner Eric and resolved as quickly as possible. One of the the things we appreciated most was that there was enough breeze during the evenings that we didn’t have to have the air conditioning on as we enjoyed the end of day activities. We had a great time staying in Ixtapa, everything was as advertised and more. Especially the view, incredible. Maria Elena and Denise were fantastic, they responded very quickly to a concern we had about construction next door and they resolved the issue quickly. The only downside was they closed the beach in front of the hotel at 10:00pm, which seemed ridiculous. Not sure how you can close a beach. Besides that, everything was fantastic, we will definitely stay there again.

From days before, the host made me feel confident and during and after there was communication and response to any of the questions and concerns I had. The apartment is beautiful and the entrances and exits, although a little tiring, were accessible, if I may say so. The resort staff were super friendly, even offering us benefits that we didn't have. I would definitely choose the place in the future.

Had a great stay here. Our flight came in very late, but her co-host Juliette was ready and waiting to let us in. She was very sweet, gave us plenty of information about the area, and offered a ride to center so we could grab food before the restaurants closed. House is located in a residential neighborhood with easy walk to beach, center, deportiva, and grocery. Overall they were very accommodating and if we needed something (extra pot, extra set of keys, etc.) they were happy to oblige. They also mentioned plans of adding a second bathroom to the upstairs based on previous reviews. Overall it was a good stay and we appreciated their hospitality!

Everything is very good with the house. The stay was great. Very nice house and thoughtful. Very spacious and suitable for large families or large groups. Very quiet and we really enjoyed that we went with many children, they had a great time and enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend it!

We stayed in this house and we really loved it. Everything was super clean and the photos in the listing totally match what's there, although in person it looks even better. The host was very attentive and was available to us at all times. The location is excellent, close to the beach and several shops, so we had everything at hand. The rooms were very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, we rested very well. We went with three cars and they all entered the garage without any problem, which was super convenient. The kitchen is very well equipped, with almost everything we needed. As a detail, some patio lights didn't work, but there was still good lighting. And the pool table had a small detail, but we still had a lot of fun playing it. In short, highly recommended, we would definitely come back.

The casitas are beautiful lodgings in a very lush and tropical environment. The rooms have air conditioning but we just left the doors open to hear the birds and the rain. The place is tidy and the communal area is very nice. We loved the outdoor shower, especially. The kitchen was well equipped and we could choose to have breakfast made for us by Margarita for a very reasonable cost. (It was so delicious) There were plenty of restaurants to walk to and the beach was a short walk away. It is a beautiful beach. The host was very responsive and we had all our questions answered. Brian (property manager?) was at the property each morning and we were able to ask him questions. It is a lovely place to stay.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and huge. The property is very large and has a beautiful view of an ocean. The house is absolutely beautiful and pristine upstairs is like a little apartment beautifully decorated with a gorgeous veranda. Downstairs are two extra rooms where you enter from the outside This would be wonderful for a party with a bunch of friends privacy and communal space and a fun saltwater pool I’m always concerned with cleanliness, but I felt very comfortable in this place. It feels like you have an entire boutique hotel to yourself. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends

The house is very comfortable and clean, it complies with what it says and there are shops in the surroundings that are very easy to find, we would stay here again

This place is lovely. I loved Zihua and can't wait to return! We went during a hot week and the AC in the bedroom worked perfectly. I really liked the location - you are closer to the town Centro than you would be if you stayed in Playa la Ropa which I loved. You are also right by the pier, where you can take the water taxis over to Playa las Gatas. Overall, everything is super accessible, the views are gorgeous, and the area is very safe and nice. The hosts are lovely and will pick you up and drive you back to the airport if you ask them. Thank you for a great trip!

This is a beautiful location with incredible views. The condo was spacious and comfortable and Marie-Claud was a helpful and responsive host. Absolutely recommend staying here!

The place is super convenient, very well located. Nice to go as a couple. You have access to pools and restaurant in there. Parking within the premises. Literal 5 minutes walk from the plaza to go to dinner in Rubens or go at night to Sr. Frogs.

We had a fabulous stay! Lynn was an amazing host. So personable- we felt like we had been friends for years. The pool was amazing and so many great restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again!

I had a very nice stay! The place was clean, well-located and just like in the pictures. Host was very nice and easy to check in.

It's worth it in every way... I recommend it, don't think about it, it's more than you expect. I didn't have a problem, always attentive to my questions, I arrived a couple of hours early and left a couple of hours later. And Andrew's service was always of high quality. It's great to go as a couple or with the kids. I plan to return soon.

Our stay was very pleasant, the host was in contact from the start for any questions that arose, the location is perfect and very central, close to the beach, pharmacies, markets etc. We arrived and everything was clean and tidy; with the necessary utensils for the stay. The pool was always clean and with a quiet atmosphere, perfect to relax. We would definitely stay here again.
