Our cosy studio is perfect for a relaxing stay for up to two people. It offers a double bed with an en suite, sofa and television, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. We are located less than a two minute drive or a ten minute walk to Miltown Malbay, home to the annual Willie Clancy Festival of traditional Irish music. The beautiful Spanish Point beach is only a five minute drive away and for those who enjoy surfing, Lahinch is a fifteen minute drive.

It is only a few minutes drive to Spanish Point and Miltown Malbay and is centrally located to tour around all the lovely west coast of Clare. Also an ideal location to stay while attending weddings in the Armada and Bellbridge Hotels and so central for the Willie Clancy festival. We have stunning views of Quilty Bay, Mutton Island , the Aran Islands and Mount Callan.

4 Bed luxury home near Spanish Point

Paul's house was a home away from home. Perfect for a family of 5 with 3 young kids. The grounds around the house were perfect to let the kids play outside, really safe! The house itself had everything we needed (we cooked a lot in the house). The location is great but generally driving is required to go anywhere. Saying that, we used to enjoy an evening walk down to the beach to play on the small dunes. Thanks to Paul for hosting us and for Aga (property manager) for being so helpful! Hope to stay there again!

The house was great! It had everything we needed, including some extra bits like the coffee machine, teabags,and snacks. The place was very clean and spacious. Lovely location by the sea. Keith was also very helpful. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Ann was an absolute amazing host! Nice size bedroom and everything was spotless. Probably the highlight of our trip was Ann's small farm on the back of the house. Our son was delighted with the animals. Connor - Ann's grandson - Was a beautiful little gentleman with us showing us around the farm, very sweet boy! Really nice stay, thank you for having us.

I loved my stay here, it was a real retreat, so peaceful and secluded, yet only 5 mins from Miltown. I was extremely lucky to have perfect weather too, and the views from the cottage, and the area around, are wonderful. I was actually very sad to leave, and am already planning to come back next year.
