This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Apartment in a character villa located in the Balmoral district above the city of Spa (3 km). The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace, two parts of which can be heated. It overlooks a large accessible garden and enjoys magnificent views of the valley.

My place is close to family-friendly activities (Coo, Plopsacoo) and Stavelot city center. Walks (on foot or by bike) are easily accessible as is the Spa-francorchamps circuit. You'll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the outdoor spaces, the neighborhood, and the brightness. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families with kids (possibility to add a folding bed and/or cot).
