Characterful, bright, dual-aspect apartment overlooking the cathedral, close to all shops and parking lots. Comfortable duplex accommodation, completely renovated, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room with a sitting area and an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Comfortable bedding, a 160 bed and a 140 bed. Mezzanine staircase that is not suitable for young children. Located on the third floor without elevator access. Common areas are not yet renovated.

The Kerléo gîte is a charming Breton house completely renovated in 2020 (50 m2), located in the village of Pouldouran, a small port nestled at the bottom of the Bizien estuary. The house consists of a large main room: living room/kitchen with pellet stove (From October to April, pellets provided). Upstairs, there is a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a nice garden just in front of the house.

A functional kitchenette is positioned beneath a staircase, featuring a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator. Cabinets provide storage, while a small sink and workspace are included. Potted plants on the shelf add a touch of greenery to the compact space.
