Tranditional stone house in Eastern Zagori

Παραδοσιακή πετρόκτιστη κατοικία μέσα στην φύση, στο χωριό Γρεβενίτι του Ανατολικού Ζαγορίου. Προσφάτως ανακαινισμένη με μεγάλη αυλή με θέα τα βουνά της Ηπείρου. To xωριό μας βρίσκεται σε υψόμετρο 1000m και απέχει μόλις 20 km από τον κόμβο Ανατολικού Ζαγορίου της Εγνατίας Οδού. 45 λεπτά από το Μέτσοβο και 20 λεπτά από την πανέμορφη λίμνη των πηγών Αώου. Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες που αγαπούν την φύση και έχουν όρεξη να ανακαλύψουν τις φυσικές ομορφιές του τόπου μας.

Το Πετρόσπιτο Α αποτελεί μέρος ενός μικρού συγκροτήματος που περιλαμβάνει ακόμη ένα ανεξάρτητο σπίτι (Πετρόσπιτο Β). Τα δύο σπίτια μοιράζονται τους εξωτερικούς χώρους, διατηρώντας παράλληλα πλήρη αυτονομία στο εσωτερικό τους. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο γραφικό χωριό Σίτσαινα του δήμου Μετσόβου και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για έως 6 άτομα, διαθέτοντας σαλοκουζίνα, μπάνιο, κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και πατάρι με 4 μονά κρεβάτια. Η θέα και το μπάρμπεκιου ολοκληρώνουν την εμπειρία φιλοξενίας.

The renovated apartment offers a unique view of the lake from the balcony and the living room. It is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, next to the walls of the castle and a few steps from the pier where the boats depart to the island. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
