Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Neos Marmaras. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Am Wochenende kann es hier mal ein bisschen lauter werden, da am Hafen Partys statt finden. Es hat uns super gefallen. Manos war immer erreichbar und ein so liebenswerter Gastgeber. Vielen vielen dank für alles!

Das Haus und das Grundstück mit Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, bot genügend Platz für unsere zwei Familien und verfügte über alles was wir brauchten. Die Terrassen luden zum gemeinsamen verweilen und essen ein, der Garten war toll für die Kinder. Wir haben sogar ein paar Gottesanbeterinnen und Geckos gesehen :) Die Umgebung war zu der Zeit des Jahres außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhig, was gut zum abschalten ist. Für Restaurants und Supermärkte sind wir in die nächste größere Ortschaft Nikiti gefahren. In der Nähe befinden sich viele sehr schöne Strände und Bootsverleihe zum Erkunden der unzugänglichen Buchten und Inseln. Der Urlaub hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen. Das hat auch an der Unterkunft und Gastfreundlichkeit von Ioannis gelegen.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful bungalow and enjoyed the quietness and the sea! Thank you, Maria and Christos!

George welcomed us like a true host. His english as well as Serbian is really good and we really had a great time at his villa. Only downsides - no baby bed mattrace and if you drive a low clearence vehicle you might have problems with the approach path to the villa. Recommended for people with kids since the backyard is big and the beach is perfect for them.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση! Πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης και απαντούσε αμέσως!! Το σπίτι εξαιρετικό,πεντακάθαρο,σε πολύ καλό μέρος, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ και τη θάλασσα στα 10m! Πολύ καλή επιλογή!

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

Yiannis, the owner, and his team go above and beyond even before your arrival to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen und zur Ruhe zu kommen mit einem uralten Olivenbaum zum darunter verweilen, 30m vom menschenleeren Strand emtfernt. Toller Swimmingpool mit Abendbeleuchtung und Sprungbrett. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und seiner Familien macht diesen Urlaub unvergesslich!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

Wir haben Irinis Hause in der absoluten Nachsaison im Oktober gebucht. Und das war super, denn wir hatten die tollen Strände für uns alleine. Das Haus und der Pool ist perfekt, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Betten bequem. Unser Highlight, die Katzen der Nachbaren. Das Haus ist umgeben von olivenbäumen. Und morgens kräht der Hahn und der Ziegenhirte läuft am Garten vorbei. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, schon alleine um die vielen Strände zu besuchen. Natürlich waren viele Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht mehr auf. Unser Tipp ist Afitos, wo man noch eine gute Auswahl hat. Hier unbedingt zum Restaurant Mpogiata essen gehen! Am Strand von Pefkohori zwischen Pier und Wassersport Pefkohori war auch noch ein paar Bars offen. Der Whitebeach bei uns im Ort hatte noch Liegen stehen, die wir für 10 Euro nutzen durften. Am dem Strand dort waren wir ebenfalls alleine! In der Nebensaison würden wir zu hundertprozent nochmal wiederkommen.

I was here with my family for one week and everything was exactly how we imagined! You are close to the centre where are many restaurants or you can just go for a walk,only 5 min away with feet.Also very accesible from where the apartment is to go to visit more beaches.Like a plus on Thursday you find the big market and you can buy many things from the villagers at very good prices,for who has interes of course.And the view from the garden we found it the best.Virginia and her family are very nice people and everytime you need something they help you.I really recommend this place! Enjoy your holiday!

Ev sessiz bir konumda yerel market ve restorantlara araba ile ulaşım sağlanabiliniyor. Sessiz huzurlu bir şekilde ailemizle denizin tadını çıkardık ev kullanışlıydı sadece salon koltukları biraz sertti . İnanılmaz bir deneyim oldu bir daha kesinlikle gitmek isterim denize bir kaç adım mesafede ve müthiş bir denizi var

Bella casa vicina al mare, pulita e dotata di ogni confort e oggetti utili alla vita di ogni giorno ( stoviglie, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, ferro da stiro... ecc...) l'host Myrto è stata subito disponibile nelle risposte alle nostre richieste un posto sicuramente in cui tornerei😊🌅 i nostri bambini si sono divertiti molto nel giardino e negli spazi circostanti. Unico neo la vicinanza della strada con un po' di traffico negli orari serali, ma direi che la natura e la splendida spiaggia vicina compensavano alla grande questo piccolo neo.

My daughter and her family with 2 kids spent a wonderful little vacation at George's place. His hospitality was outstanding and very friendly, the appartment was very clean and comfortable, the garden with different seating-areas was well maintained and accessable. The nearby little bay and beach were easy to get too and nice for swimming. It was an allover very good experience and we recommand George as a host and his accomo 100%.

Impeccable cleanliness, an unforgettable vacation and definitely worth checking again with Irene. 10-star restaurants in the immediate vicinity, shops and supermarkets at every step and most importantly 10 steps from the beach. Center with park 1 minute away and on the opposite side a simple and beautiful cliff. Irene, you are wonderful!

Stedet er meget fin som beskrevet, men billederne af den 360 graders tag terrasse når det ikke til fulde, det skal opleves. Vi elskede vores 2 uger i den og glædede os altid at komme tilbage til lejligheden efter strand/by dagen. Den ligger i gå afstand af alt hvad du har brug for af Neos Mamaras.

Nice apartment in a quiet (at least in May) residential area, one block from the sea. It's just as described: simple and but comfy and homely. And with brand-new kitchen appliances. It's also thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you could need (pots, pans, cutlery , Nespresso machine, electric kettle) as well as things that many hosts neglect, such as coffee, salt, spices, paper towels, trash bags, sponge & dish-wasing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel, a TV, a small Bluetooth speaker, etc.). We also liked the spacious balcony, from where the sea can be seen. And Tina is a wonderful host! Super friendly and helpful, she was always quick to reply, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, as well as where to park in Thessaloniki. We would definitely recommend and return here!
