Simone’s place was wonderful! We were visiting the city with friends and we all loved our experience staying at her lovely Airbnb. She was very proactive in getting us clear and easy to follow check-in instructions as well as providing information on the neighborhood and DC. The place is exactly as the pictures and was pristine. Rayna's place was beautiful. it was exactly what we needed for this meaningful trip. There is something magical about her space that brings peace and relaxation. The rooftop view was incredible. The neighborhood is a gem and the people are so kind and respectful. We will be back for sure next time we are in D.C. I highly recommend booking this place if you want a chill and safe space to stay. I can't say enough about my stay here. We didn't want to leave. Thank you Rayna for being such a great host.

Run - do not walk - to book yourself this fabulous place for your stay in D.C. It’s adorable, impeccably clean, wonderfully designed and maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay easy, enjoyable, and effortless. We loved the great linens and super comfy beds, lovely bathroom, comfortable living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and well-equipped kitchen stocked with the basics and beyond (three different ways to make coffee… what?!). Jane, Andrew, and Ryne have truly thought of everything to include in the apartment and then some... Postcards and stamps? Check. Laundry detergent? Yep. Bottle of wine at check in? You know it. Their personalized website for guests with instruction videos about the apartment, local recommendations, and more is brilliant and so very useful. For our family of four, this was a perfect spot, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making our stay so great, Jane, Andrew, and Ryne! You guys are nailing it!

Woldensie and his family were so kind and a great host! I'm a nightshift travel nurse and was able to sleep peacefully during the day, the space was perfect for me and my pup and just a short walk to the arboretum! Target was also a moderate walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The space is set up well with intentional necessities, bed was super comfy and the shower had amazing water pressure. Woldensie was quick to respond to any questions I had and he and his wife were so sweet encouraging with every interaction. 10/10 recommend this bnb and will stay here again if I make my way back to DC one day.
