We are located in the historic centre of Lagrasse ‘village classé’ listed among the most beautiful of France. The house offers both privacy as well as a large open living space on two levels & a mezzanine. A careful selection of natural materials, furniture creates a cozy and generous atmosphere

Chez Alice is the topmost house in the beautiful village of Caramany. Since 2020 it has gone through extensive renovations, and it is opening for holidaymakers from late spring of 2024. The top floor has a breathtaking terrace that looks over the village all the way to the lake. An open plan living room and kitchen is beautifully furnished and light filled. The three bedrooms have top quality mattresses. The bathrooms are new. Other features are the vine covered terrace and the secret garden.

Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. Grenache le corsé mordoré qualified at 4 Named after the very popular grape variety, from which delicious red wine is made in our region. The apartment (66m²) is comfortable and suitable for one to four people. The views from the living room and from the terrace are breathtaking. Grenache has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, the second on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sink.
