Apartment very well located and clean. Juan Antonio was attentive to us from the moment we made the reservation, advising us on places. If I were to return to Seville, I would definitely stay in the same place. We felt at home.

Loved it instead. A very but very nice apartment, very well located, even those who inhabit the building are friendly. Everything is very close and the truth, I thought everything is so local. It's an amazing experience. The apartment is quite comfortable, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and very good that has a washer and dryer. It has parking very close and super markets too. Carlos was a very good host, very attentive and super attentive to us, he would always answer us if you had any questions. 100% recommended and would stay here again.

Nice stay, We loved the apartment offered by Irene it was functional and well-equipped! The air conditioning is a joy on a hot day. The apartment is well located for visiting Seville, pure happiness!

Our family absolutely loved this apartment! It was right in the heart of Seville, across from the cathedral and the palace. And oh, so luxurious! And Nicolas was the perfect host, responding promptly to any request or question we had during our stay. We hope to return. It was such an amazing experience.

Apartment in a very nice neighborhood on the banks of the Guadalquivir with restaurants very close! Santa Cruz neighborhood is a 15-20 minute walk away. Apartment very clean and as described with a super nice terrace. Laureen hosted us very warmly: thank you again!

The location was perfect, close to everything. The place was clean, with a flexible check-in that made arrival easy. Communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. Bonus: free snacks and drinks.

He was a very good host. He had placed a lot of helpful informations in the house regarding the life in Sevilla. The house was nice. It had everything you needed and more. I really reccomend here for anybody who is coming to Sevilla!

Maria's apartment is so beautiful, clean and in the middle of the old town of Seville. There were four of us with our two big kids, who also felt very comfortable. Since it was very hot in Seville, we were very pleased with the air conditioning. And of course also about the great terrace. Maria's husband Luis Miguel welcomed us very warmly, explained everything to us and Maria wrote us a great restaurant tip. We would book this place again right away!

the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

We had the BEST time at Ignacio’s lovely villa. It was even better & bigger than we expected. A short 25 minute drive into central Seville but the location is peaceful and the pool and outside areas are so great. Would DEFINITELY recommend and come again, thank you so much! X

Very well located apartment, close to the hyper center. Responsive and available host. Perfect terrace to enjoy the outdoors and cool off with the bath and shower.

Fantastic launching point to see all of Seville. We stayed for three days - really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 8 with two teens included - everyone had enough space to feel settled. Elevator is a life saver as otherwise four total stories (laundry is in attic/floor 4) would be tough getting up and down the stairs. Yolanda was very responsive and took care of our questions quickly. All was a great - fantastic stay in Seville!

Marilo's apartment is very nice, clean and cozy, it feels very good. The bonus is the jacuzzi, very enjoyable after a day of sightseeing in Seville, which is located only about ten kilometers away (about 25 minutes by car) Marilo is a caring host, very attentive and available. We had a lovely stay, thank you Marilo!

We stayed at the apartment for three nights and we loved it. The place was very clean, and the AC units worked perfectly. They let us do the checking a little bit earlier, and the instructions to get were very clear. Absolutely recommend this place if you’re going to visit this beautiful city! I know that if I go back to Seville, I will stay here again

A lovely sized apartment with plenty of room to stretch out. Big living area and lounge. Air conditioner was great and cooled the house down well along with the block out shutters. Needed when Seville was 40deg all week. Supermarket just around the corner. Easy walking to the many sites and train / bus stations.

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

The apartment is as shown in the photos: clean, well kept and very comfortable. It has good natural light, everything works properly and you can see that it is well maintained. Perfect for a quiet and hassle-free stay.
