Vacation rentals with a patio in Triana, Seville

We had a fantastic stay at Gracia’s! Stefan was very personable, super helpful, and proactive with recommendations. He went out of his way to book us tickets for the Flamenco and delivered them to us whilst we were out and about doing touristy things. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, with plenty of amenities and the air con and fans came in handy for those 40°+ days! Sleeping was comfortable and peaceful and the showers were powerful with no problems getting hot. The location was great, just off the main strip so quiet but close to everything we needed - everything you need within a ten minute walk. Sevilla was beautiful, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced and coming from the London this was a very nice, welcomed surprise 😆 Thank you for the stay

Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. Excellent location, close to the main sights of Seville. We did all the walking shows. Several restaurants nearby. Attentive and proactive host.

This was the best Airbnb in our entire trip. It was huge and very clean with Modern furniture. We wish we could stay a bit more.

Great apartment for 4 persons or a family. There are 2 bedrooms one on ground floor (might be very noise during the night). I would recommend bringing ear plugs for a peaceful sleep. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave luggage before checkin time. I would book again without hesitation.

definitely a pleasant stay! the place was at the edge of the city center, which was easy reachable by bus or as we did via e -scooter ,kinda Vespa style. The studio was clean,fresh and nith the shower was amazing with quite strong pressure! all amenities perfectly worked and I highly recommend it! the host were polite and helpful ❤️

Perfect place to stay for a couple of days in Seville. Very close to a shop, nice a cool in the day when it gets quite hot and can easily walk to restaurants and the centre of town.

I totally recommend this place if you want to visit Seville. the bus station is 2 min walk, the house is very nice and clean, you can find everything you need inside. Veronica is very friendly and gives very good recommendations.

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

Lovely place

This was the perfect place for our group! Walkable to many of Seville’s main attractions like the bull ring and the cathedral, and close to shops and restaurants, while being on a quiet side street. The layout was great - the living room / kitchen / dining room is on the second floor with a half bathroom for easy access, then two bedrooms with two hall bathrooms on the third floor, and finally a bedroom with en suite bathroom and the rooftop terrace on the fourth floor. We loved the flexibility to hang out inside or outside, and the Juliet balconies throughout the home allowed for a natural breeze inside while open. The showers had great water pressure and the hot water heater had plenty of hot water for our group of six. Our host offered suggestions for what to do while in Seville and also helped arrange pickup from the airport which made finding the Airbnb incredibly easy for us. Highly recommend this property to any group who needs a bit of space, it was fantastic!

The house is in a quiet and peaceful area, the apartment is beautiful and cozy with nice and modern furniture, there is no lack of comfort. For the center you need to walk about a kilometer, you need to keep this in mind if you plan to return home during the day, especially if it is very hot.

An excellent villa, with a brilliant private pool, which sits in a walled garden, that is not overlooked. The villa was even better than the photos on the website. An excellent space with everything you could need for a holiday. The location was great as well, easy bus or cheap Uber into Seville, which is a brilliant city, with so much to do. Tomares itself has some good local restaurants, within walking distance. Overall we had a brilliant holiday in a brilliant villa.

Marilo's apartment is very nice, clean and cozy, it feels very good. The bonus is the jacuzzi, very enjoyable after a day of sightseeing in Seville, which is located only about ten kilometers away (about 25 minutes by car) Marilo is a caring host, very attentive and available. We had a lovely stay, thank you Marilo!

Beautiful home in a amazing location

This was one of the most amazing airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Auxi was so unbelievably helpful and made our time in seville amazing!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Monica’s place. The location was great, very close to the train station. The rooftop terrace was massive, such a treat. Monica was such a friendly, proactive, and thoughtful host. She made us feel at home and we can’t recommend this place enough!
