The apartment was renovated in 2022 by the owners Manolis and Vicky with great taste and is located in the city of Rethymno, in the area of Kallithea. The name of the area means "good view" or "beautiful view," referring to the view that the apartment offers. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach of Rethymno specifically 850 meters away. The distance from the old town of Rethymno is approximately 2 kilometers, where you can see the well-preserved city, shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Away from the center of the city, it's a newly furnished, high design 60 square meter 1 bedroom apartment with a huge balcony with sea views. Hot tub is an excellent way to relax! NOTE!
