Vacation rentals with a patio in Trévignin

Logement est environnement très agréable, hôtes très accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons passé un super séjour !

Super accueil avec des surprises très agréables dans le frigo. Du café était également prévu pour le lendemain et même plus. Le logement était parfaitement propre et vraiment situé à 2 minutes du lac. On ne s'y sent pas à l'étroit il y a tout le nécessaire de base. Je dois noter le calme autour du studio, pas de bruit de voiture ou autre. Avant notre arrivée nous avons reçu plein de chouettes recommandations. Hôte super réactif et essaie de répondre à vos questions en apportant une vraie aide. Le studio est facile d'accès (même sans voiture) et il y a une supérette, une boulangerie, une pizzeria, un bar à vin, une pharmacie et des petits restau non loin. Veyrier est un très bel endroit. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse et j'y reviendrai sans hésiter !

un havre de paix tout près du lac, mais à l'écart du tumulte, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre. les hotes sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. parfait !

Tout est parfait. très calme, vue à couper le souffle. Propreté irréprochable et rien ne manque. Le seul problème, c'est qu'à un moment, on doit quitter ce havre de paix !

A beautiful two bedroom apartment in a historical Villa surrounded by a French style garden which we absolutely loved! We were welcomed by Damien and felt right at home in the flat. We loved big windows, lots of light, and attention to detail that Damien demonstrated by decorating a Christmas tree for us and preparing a welcome gift - some candies. The bathroom in the main bedroom is spacious and beautifully designed. We especially loved the combination of traditional elements and modernity, such as electric stove that looked like a traditional 19th century one. A fireplace is another great feature. It makes you feel like being in a French chateau. All in all, a great stay in a great place with kind and welcoming host. We can highly recommend the flat and Damien!

Great welcoming host - helpful and friendly. Fab studio which is all fairly new and modern with everything you need. The garden is fantastic with great views across the lake - great location too. We travelled with dog and they put up with him hassling their cat! Glad we found this gem.

we stayed 3 weeks at the appartment and had a fantastic time. It was perfect for us, having 3 bedrooms including one with a desk with good wifi (for a bit of working). Life was easy with free easy parking, and a place for bikes in the basement. The appartment was very homey and convenient. The beds were good, the view on the balcony was peaceful. Lots of storage in built-in cupboards. The location was perfect: 15 min walk to the lake beach, 10 min bike to the old town via the lake, near the mountains, and right in front are all the shops for food (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, bread, pharmacy), plus a market once a week ! The host was very friendly and very responsive. The only thing to note is that the walls between the 3 bedrooms are quite thin and we could hear through. (but the living room is well separated) Would totally do it again and will recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay in Annecy and at Mark's place. Valerie was really accommodating with our check-in and check-out and was super friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations for our stay. The apartment is bright, spacious and really comfortable. It's a little out of town but easily within walking distance of the old town. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Annecy and I hope to return at some point in the future 🙂

super longuement au cœur de la savoir. lac d'Aiguebellette pas loin et celui du Bourget aussi. village à 10 min avec boulangerie ouverte le dimanche ❤️❤️ la piscine chauffée les enfants se sont éclatés et les adultes aussi. cour d'eau à côté. vraiment dépaysant. Claire était accueillante et compréhensible et arrangeante. nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Merci.

Une hôte merveilleuse! Son logement est un petit coin de paradis, décoré avec goût et avec tout le nécessaire. Il nous offre une parenthèse des plus agréables pour profiter du soleil et se détendre. Isabelle est très attentionnée et d'une profonde gentillesse, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Communication fluide avant l'arrivée. Accueil très chaleureux. Maison tout à la fois rustique, rénovée et décorée avec goût. Maison idéale pour que chacun profite d'intimité tout en se réunissant autour d'une grande table ou à l'extérieur. Cuisines bien équipée. Vaisselle adaptée à un grand groupe. Extérieur très agréable, vaste. Nombreuses activités environnantes.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amies pour un EVJF sur Annecy ! Le logement est trés bien situé et parfaitement adapté pour un groupe de 8 personnes : spacieux, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et réactive. Merci pour cet accueil, nous gardons toutes un super souvenir de ce séjour !

Excellente expérience. Jean-Pierre est un hôte très accueillant, le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est très bien équipé, propre, et la partie jacuzzi / hammam est magnifique. Le cadre est magnifique également. Je recommande chaudement

Dépaysement total environnement bucolique, maison totalement dans son jus année 60 hormis la cuisine moderne et très bien équipée le gros plus est la terrasse immense, le jacuzzi avec une vue magnifique, le grand hamac. Commerce à proximité a pied, point de départ de balade entre autre les sources du groin. Maison très familiale literie confortable, salle de bain dans leur jus aussi mais il y en deux. Maison qui nous a bien convenu pour nous et nos deux grands enfants de 32 et 26 ans

Christian et Véronique ont le sens de l'hospitalité. Logement bien rénové, fonctionnel et très propre. Christian est très avenant et Véronique, bien qu'absente ces jours-ci, a préparé notre arrivée (gâteau savoyard, confiture maison, produits du quotidien). Vélos dont un tandem disponibles et utiles pour visiter les environs. Merci à vous deux !

Superbe logement, à proximité du lac, et dans un très joli village! Super accessible avec le bus, qui s'arrête juste devant la maison.

bon séjour, appartement agréable, parking privé, tout s'est bien déroulé, juste un petit bémol : l'accès à la douche n'est pas facile d'occupation pour toutes personnes (handicapés, enceintes , ou ayant quelques rondeurs.).

Logement très plaisant, Claire nous a tres bien accueilli. Un logement tres fonctionnel spacieux, au calme.Le cadre est très plaisant. Cest une adresse à retenir!

Ce fût (trop) court mais exceptionnel, le logement est sincèrement magnifique et paisible ! Tout se trouve à proximité, le lac d'Annecy n'est pas du tout loin et avec les vélos à disposition c'est encore mieux pour s'y balader tout autour. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et ce petit séjour !

Charmant studio fonctionnel. Terrasse très agréable et jardin magnifique avec la rivière en contrebas. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Annecy, France - April 14-21, 2025 (7 nights) Excellent location! Right in the heart of downtown, across from Centre Commercial Courier with a large Monoprix—perfect for everyday essentials. Walkable to the lake, old town, and all of Annecy’s main attractions, with the train and bus stations just steps away. The apartment is modern, spotless, and well-organized. The spacious bedroom has a super comfortable mattress with cotton bedding and towels. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, ideal for cooking. The bathroom has great water pressure and a separate toilet for added convenience. The bright, roomy living area and mudroom-style entry add extra comfort. A large balcony overlooks the lively Italian Trattoria—great for people-watching and delicious food! Delphine is a kind, attentive host. We were welcomed by Edwidge who gave us a warm welcome and excellent local tips. Don’t miss Le Freti for amazing Savoyard cuisine. We highly recommend this AirBnB—we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable chez Julien ! L’accueil était chaleureux, l’ambiance conviviale et le lieu parfaitement entretenu. Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
