Excellent stay in a perfect home for both its services and its environment. The terrace and garden facing south and sheltered from the wind are a real plus that we really appreciated. Thanks to Magali for letting us enjoy a few exotic days in Brittany.

Beautiful sea and beach views! We had a great week in early May with the sun as a bonus! The location is nice, 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min to the center of Perros and above all, exceptional views of the sea, the 7 islands and Trestignel beach. Binoculars highly recommended! The studio is very well furnished, tastefully, it has everything you need for 2. The large terrace is a plus, and we were able to have breakfast outside in the morning; too bad in the shade in the afternoon and at the end of the day, we were not brave enough to settle there and enjoy the garden furniture at this time of the year. Thanks to Benoît for the communication at the time of booking and the good recommendations!

Listing was as described. It's a place where you feel good, we were able to disconnect. The proximity to the port and beaches was perfect.

4-day stay but if we could have we would have stayed longer. Beautiful sea view. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the large sofa and the large TV. Kevin is accommodating and very responsive. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time at Anaëlle and Joseph's place. Check-in is simple and self-contained, the instructions are very clear. The place is even better than the pictures. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and giant screen that allowed us to have a great time. Joseph made himself available to resolve some inconveniences, even from afar. This was greatly appreciated.

We were greeted in a very friendly way by Hugues' father. The house is in a very nice location, restaurants, shops and beaches within walking distance. Very comfortable accommodation with a very nice garden with trees.

Loved our stay here. Very close to the beach and the city center but on a very quiet street, it was perfect for us. It also is located right near a great hiking trail , which we appreciated. Would love to come here again sometime.

Great stay in a cocoon of happiness Everything was perfect from the arrival check-in to the departure checkout. We exchanged numbers so we could communicate if needed. Our hosts were just great, easy to communicate with, simple and caring people. A little extra for this stay, accessibility in terms of access for a wheelchair. A ramp to the terrace has been installed. The bathroom and living spaces are very large for moving around which made my stay very pleasant. Small plus number 2: the bedding is really excellent, the sheets smelled good and the large bay window overlooking the garden is really soothing. Small plus number 3 and honestly I could go on, the wood stove adds a little extra touch as well as the winter veranda where I would have stayed to write for example. We had a wonderful stay in Pascale's studio, a charming cocoon, quiet, very well-equipped, and what can I say about the sunny terrace, and its magnificent sea view!!!

We rented Philippe's apartment at the foot of Rosaires beach from May 28 to June 1, 25. We have nothing to complain about, everything was clean, tidy, practical, impeccable bedding! Plenty of storage. The smell of linens is lovely. Everything is very well explained about the functionality of the accommodation. We really enjoyed the exchange with the host. Possibility of mountain bike tours. Be careful though, you have to be quite athletic!(Do some cardio)! It's climbing! Otherwise, there is the long walk along the beach and the GR next to it.
