The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

With the health situation (Covid-19) that we are experiencing, I have implemented specific cleaning and disinfection of the premises to ensure perfect hygiene.
