The owners, Enrique and Conchi, were very helpful at all times. The accommodation is very conveniently located to visit Las Merindades. 2 spacious rooms with built-in closets. Full and large bathroom. Well equipped and clean kitchen. Large and bright living-dining room. We stayed on the first floor (there is no elevator but the stairs are wide) There is no garage in the building, but you can park very close without a problem. Bars-restaurants, bakery, bank and supermarket nearby. The roads are in good condition. The area is very rich, both in nature and in architecture. Highly recommended area to visit and accommodation to settle in.

Hello, everyone and all!! We just spent a spectacular weekend in Las Merindades, in Raquel's incredible house. First of all, I should point out that it was a surprise getaway for my partner, for her 30th birthday. From the beginning, Raquel was a lovely person, helping me with everything, offering me plans and help with anything that came up. She left us a letter with congratulations included and two chocolate muffins! The house is even better than the photos, the garden is huge, with hammocks, a barbecue, plenty of space for our dog (he had a great vacation), many trees and shade, a porch with an unbeatable table for breakfast and dinner; the house inside is absolutely amazing, impossible not to fall in love, we loved even the smallest detail! I don't want to say goodbye and recommend this house, without first thanking our host and telling you that Raquel is 10/10, her and the stay of course! Don't miss Frías, Puentedey, Tobera and Ruinas de Rioseco!!

We were a group of friends spending a few days and the experience couldn't have been better. VillaPepe is a spacious and comfortable house. Everything was spotlessly clean and prepared, with well-kept spaces and tastefully and detailed decorated. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds, and the environment is very quiet to rest. The terrace is one of the strong points, with the chill-out area, with the tent, sofas, sun loungers and the option to connect the mobile with the speakers and play music, it is undoubtedly the best of the house, and we enjoy it both day and night. The house has many options for having fun in a group, and the foosball became our own mini Champions League. In addition, there are charming villages and corners in the surroundings. Ana and Asier, the hosts, were attentive, approachable and always willing to help, making everything easy from the start. A highly recommended stay, which we will surely repeat. VillaPepe leaves a mark.

A wonderful stay. Maria and Nacho have been exceptional hosts, very warm in their welcome and communication and a spectacular place. Ideal to reconnect with yourself and with the landscapes and nature that surrounds you all the time.

What a great place, you really imagine yourself in nature, everything around you is 50 shades of green. The cottage is wonderfully equipped with everything, we spent almost two weeks in it and lacked nothing. Igncio and Violeta were on standby in case there was anything and responded quickly. Really recommended for when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and unwind. It is that we never go to the same place twice, but this place has a place in our hearts. For my partner and for me it has been perfect , I can't imagine anything better , we have enjoyed everything, you see the work and the dedication in creating and maintaining the tiny house and its surroundings and it is valued and enjoyed. I love the bed ,the staircase,the street table,the fire pit area,the hot tub is a goose,the guitar , Henry's visits. for me I have been raised in shelters and tents is a 5 star. GOOD places to eat in hoznayo 5m and good waves and atmosphere 15m in somo. Magical cabin. And finally to thank the hosts.Personas maravillosas.
