If you like a quiet place this is the place! Super hot environment, clean house, smelling bedding, with a wonderful balcony, where we started our mornings. The barbecue area is a grace and a great place for a family lunch. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is a good size. The site is super safe, and the hosts are super helpful and cordial. We will definitely return!

Our carnival holiday was better than expected, an indescribable experience. The place is beautiful, the house is spacious, complete and with a cottage air. The path is not very easy, but the GPS took us right. It is an inland road, in the steep climb part has asphalt. Special thanks to Mrs. Loiraci, which was wonderful, always accessible and friendly. And to the Douglas, always helpful, ready to help. The two respond quickly and are very dear. We will definitely be back!

Lena’s house is adorable! Very spacious, really well decorated, bed and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to be comfortable! The Internet was fast and I was able to work without any issues. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the fireplace! It kept was warm and cozy while we watched Netflix! Lena made us feel like we were old friends coming to visit her! Thank you Lena! I highly recommend your place and I hope to see you again!

New, beautiful, comfortable, excellent location, a few meters from the Church and covered street. The car remained in the direct garage, we made the whole downtown of Gramado on foot. A delight. The only point that can improve is the issue of the withdrawal of keys in the real estate, queue and delay in service.

Wonderful stay, everything beautiful, CLEAN, new.. we're definitely going back. It takes about 10 minutes to get to downtown Gramado. the beds are surreal, good, comfortable, fragrant. the gas bath is relaxing. A complete place, super quiet and safe. we have never been so well received, with cake, fruit, chocolates, handwritten letter... I just don't say it's the same as the ad, because it's not! It's MUCH better. It exceeded our expectations. you can see the care, attention and affection in every detail.

Perfect place! Hosts Vanderlei and Luiz put on a show of kindness and sympathy. They facilitated my group's check-in and stored our bags until later. Ah! They respond super fast too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with everything working perfectly. When we arrived, there was a bag with jam, toast and tea. Very thoughtful! We went as 4 people and the environment was perfect, even though it only had one bathroom. The condominium and the region are also a show, a place that is all wooded. I was confused about whether the living room spaces, shown in the photos, were private or belonged to the condominium. In fact, everything is private, in the photos it looks bigger (not that the size is bad, it's more because in the photos it looks like a common area, but it's not). It is an apartment, where the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that contains the living room with sofa beds and the other bedroom with air conditioning. I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Valdecir was very attentive and the directions were clear, always ready for any questions. The accommodation is exactly as described, excellent beds, sheets, towels, everything very neat. It has a very good location, 2 blocks from Hard Rock cafe, quiet street, close to service station, supermarket, restaurants, etc. to get to know and stroll through the center of Gramado. Totally recommendable .

Great location and impeccable hosting! The apartment is perfectly located, allowing you to explore the entire central region on foot with ease. We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. As for the space itself, it exceeded all expectations: extremely well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt truly at home, thanks to the evident details and care in every corner. Without a doubt, this will be our first option on future visits to Gramado. We recommend it without hesitation!

Wonderful space! The condominium is very beautiful and quiet, great for walking and biking (bikes are available on site). We had a little setback at the reception, but Daniela soon responded and clarified that it was a confusion at the reception, but it was soon resolved. The loft itself is great too, very spacious, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, very complete kitchen and the coffee powder available was a plus! The bathroom is very good, the bathtub was great, my daughter loved it, my took advantage of it too and I didn't let it go either hehe! You have the option to order breakfast separately, which is very good, we ordered the combo for two people and it served us 3! You can request firewood at the reception once a day, they deliver a lighter set which makes it much easier! It's a great option for those who want to escape the madness of the center, the neighborhood is very quiet and has options for eating. I recommend Panni, which has very good things! Daniela was very helpful and attentive! We'll be back for sure!
