We rent out our modern thatched-roof house, which was completed in 2017 and is picturesquely located directly on the Focker Stream. The furnishings are modern, in Scandinavian style and generously furnished. From now on, we will cover all Airbnb fees, which means that you as guests will no longer pay the 15% Airbnb service fees, but we will cover them. This change was made by Airbnb. We therefore had to increase our prices by this 15%. For you, this means: You have de facto NO price increase

Directly in the village there is a water sports school where you can experience windsurfing and kitesurfing under the best conditions.

On the ground floor there is 1 living room with a spacious dining area, as well as a large modernly furnished kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an open bathroom en suite and a smaller bathroom.

This modern furnished vacation home offers enough space for 8 guests. Here you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, sauna and fireplace. One of the bedrooms has its own dressing room as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, the kitchen, living room and dining area form a spacious unit. The materials are modern and beautiful. Wi-Fi gives you access to the Internet at any time. The Bodden is about 200 m away and the open sea is 14 km away.

Cozy Vacation Apartment in the Cent

Our very modern and spacious holiday apartment easily fits two to three people and with the booking of the additional bedroom even four people can be accommodated. Since the apartment is located in the center of the island, it is the perfect starting point to all attractions and hence the distance is always moderate. The apartment perfectly fits a family with one child. Families with two children or three to four adults we recommend to book the extra bedroom.

Our thatched fisherman's house is located in a quiet, idyllic village location in the small town of Neuenkirchen, surrounded by beautiful Bodden waters. The surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, do water sports and ride. The house has its own 2000 m² garden with a beautiful terrace, plenty of space to linger, a fireplace and great views of the Bodden landscape. Here you will always find a sunny spot for coffee in the morning.

Ulriksgaard vacation home

The vacation home is located on our property in a quiet rural location near the Neuendorfer Wiek in the west of the island of Rügen. The approximately 150-year-old building has been lovingly renovated. The ground floor includes the entrance area, kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms are in the attic. The car can park north of the house. The unique landscape of West Rügen invites you to hike, cycle, fish or simply relax in peace.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
