You will also have access, at no extra cost, in season, to the swimming pool of the CHAROUZECH campsite located 700 meters from the farm as well as to all the services offered by the 4-star campsite (catering, games, entertainment, etc.). You have direct access to the lake.

This renovated 100 m2 apartment, on the 1st floor, is located in FLAVIN, a peaceful village. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, it offers superb walks or mountain biking. Its central location makes it easy to explore the treasures of the region: Rodez 10 minutes away, the lakes 20 minutes away, Aubrac, the Tarn Gorges, and the charming villages of Conques, Belcastel, and Najac. In addition, you will benefit from a swimming pool for additional relaxation.

Chez Federico et Pierre: the trapper's refuge

Small 6 m2 house with covered terrace and large hanging hammock, perched among the trees in a quiet setting. First human presence (us!) at 200 m: you will be alone in the middle of the woods. The 300 m walking access includes a steep slope. Coffee and tea are available. We offer homemade meals. Bed linen provided, towels not provided. Communication via Airbnb, because the phone does not get a good signal at our place (in the cabin it's good).

Independent studio

Studio with an independent entrance adjoining my main residence is located 2 km from Rodez Cathedral (heart of the city center). It is equipped with a shower room, toilet, equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. Free street parking is available (proximity depending on remaining spaces). The house is located in a quiet area of Rodez near the peaceful green site of Layoule (5 km walking trail along the Aveyron). The bed is made when you check-in.

More generally, Aveyron, the land of Vivre Vrai, combines gastronomy and craftsmanship with the richness of its natural and cultural heritage.

The house has a very charming architecture completely renovated that offers a private terrace. You can enjoy the calm of the village. Be prepared, there are no shops in the village (10 min drive to nearest shops)
