Heat and air conditioning provided w/reverse cycle heat pump. Washer/dryer. Wifi using 200 Mbs Spectrum Cable Modem connection. Television w/Roku. Walk across the lawn down to the shore in the morning or see the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Relax & enjoy the peace & quiet with us.

Rustic Manset Tiny House

Experience living tiny in this lovingly built small scale space that includes everything you need for a cozy getaway. Return from a day of hiking in Acadia National Park to soak in the clawfoot tub or relax on the tiny deck, with a glimpse of the ocean. This 20ft x 8ft tiny home is situated in a backyard, a short walk from Manset Town Dock and Peter Trout Tavern, and a five-minute drive from Southwest Harbor and parts of Acadia National Park (about 20 min to longer hikes and the loop road).

Newly Constructed. Old Acadia Ranger Yurt, a 25 ft. Yurt nestled in the pine and maple forest 1/4 mile from Long Pond and Acadia National Park hiking trails. New construction includes a full bath with a large walk-in shower, kitchen with gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dinette table w/ seating. Bedding includes, 1 Queen sized bed, 1-fold down double couch, Queen bed in loft, and 1 rollaway cot. Towels and bedding provided. Four (4) guests only (no exceptions). Pets are not permitted.

This beautiful, light filled, fully equipped apartment is available year round for guests. Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturdays only: check-in 4pm or later, check-out 10am, with 5 safety hours between guests for professional cleanings, relax & enjoy!

The Seamist Cottage - Converted Historic Barn

Cozy, fully converted historic barn within easy walking distance to the rocky shore of Bass Harbor, a busy lobstering port. An ideal, pet friendly, home base while exploring Acadia National Park. The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Two guests maximum, not a suitable space for children. Please keep allergies in mind when booking. No smoking.

Bas Harbor is a working harbor so there is always something to watch. Close to Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse, Acadia NP. We have 5G Wifi. Your guest house is completely private with a private entrance.
