In the heart of Plestin-les-Grèves, opposite the church, a pretty townhouse completely renovated in 2022. Exceptional location with immediate access to all services and shops on foot, large market every Sunday morning and Tuesday evening in summer. All the beaches of Plestin-les-Grèves are within a radius of 2 to 3 km. Many tourist attractions nearby. The gite is part of a set of two separate houses but with common access by an external staircase.

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. Welcome to Ty Loki, your perfect vacation home for a beach getaway. Nestled just 400 meters from the beach, this charming house offers stunning views of the port of Locquirec. The Locquirec region is full of traditional celebrations, festivals, entertainment, craft markets. The town of Locquirec has a sailing and surfing school, the GR 34, beaches, restaurants, and a lively harbor. For this, the municipality provides a free shuttle.

"Les Hirondelles"

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we built this guest room in an old outbuilding in 2020, independent of the main house. Garden available, pond, Adirondack chairs to relax. Pets not allowed. For cyclists, we are 4 km from the Voie Verte and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as far as possible. Linen provided. Optional breakfast at a price of €6.50

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

A small road turning into a path will reveal a magnificent panorama of the bay of Morlaix: the Château du Taureau, the Black Island, the oyster beds, Carantec. Its veranda allows you to enjoy the view whatever the weather, inside you will find all the comfort in summer and winter thanks to the fireplace.
