Welcome to the Studio @ SAGE, a charming apartment in an old mill. We want to be up front that, like many older buildings, there are occasional quirks and imperfections. This cozy one-room apt offers a full-size bed and 2 single beds (convertible to a king). There's a WC, shower room, and a mini kitchen. Please note, the river is a 3-5 minute walk downhill through the garden. We're 1km from Treignac village, the Intermarché, and 3km from Lac Bariousses. Enjoy a unique, tranquil stay!

When you arrive, you will be greeted by the Host of the House to hand you the keys. Located on the ground floor with private entrance, you will appreciate the immediate proximity to the shops, cafes and restaurants of the city center, and the historical heritage of the village.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
