You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Enjoy this very practical and comfortable house, which will allow you to visit the main touristical sites from Mont Saint-Michel (45 min), Saint-Malo (20 min) to Cap Fréhel (25min). Many hidden spots are less than 10 minutes drive from the house and for those who love hiking, you will find the hiking trail just behind it (GR34). It will lead you to breathtaking views of the magnificient coastal landscapes. Trégon is a charming small village located at the end of Beaussais Bay (1,2 km).

Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Ty Huella is a large and charming character villa for 12 people. Exceptional view of the sea, beach, city. Access to a large beach by a small path in 3 minutes. Nearby: Cap-Fréhel and Fort-La Latte 15km, Dinard 20 km, St Malo 25 km, Dinan 30 km away, Mont St-Michel 95km, GR 34 nearby. Shops: Downtown 5mn drive, 20mn walk, with all the necessary shops. Large market every Monday (in summer). Large market every Wednesday in Matignon (all year round).

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.
