Crafnant Valley Retreat

Unique space. American RV Caravan in own field. Barn to store bikes, waterproofs and boots. Chance to have a bonfire (extra charge for wood). Sleeps family comfortably but can be very cosy. Plenty of outdoor space around the caravan & local walks. There is NO WIFI access at the caravan and depending on your phone company POSSIBLY NO signal. However you will be able to access WIFI around our house. The vans hot water is via a tank, see other details to note.

A truly wonderful stay, from start to finish. We decided to make sure we return before even setting foot in the actual property, which says something! Everything was ideal, and we were blessed with exceptional weather. However, even without clear sunny skies we know we would have had as equally as good a time. Stay here if you're a big fan of quiet, calm and relaxing spaces. The big, big positives in no particular order: 1. The view 2. The hot tub 3. The swimming pool 4. The huge garden space 5. Not much to say about our stay, apart from stunning. Such a beautiful location with the most incredible views. The property was clean and quiet with all the amenities we required for a week away. We loved the bird feeders around the property, especially the out the front. We will 100% be visiting again, and will hopefully make this little place a yearly spot for us.

Walking in Wales - Annex stay

Just spent a lovely few days in this cosy little annex and couldn't have asked for better hosts! The place was immaculately clean throughout, and the kitchen had everything needed and despite being compact had a really well thought out layout. The underfloor heating was also nice to come home to in the cooler evenings. The bathroom was also pristine. What really made the stay special though was Lowri and Nick's hospitality. They thoroughly deserve their 5 stars and go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Genuinely lovely people who were always responsive to any issues I had and very knowledgeable about places to see and go to in the surrounding area. A big thank you to Ev as well for the tasty brownies - these were a lovely treat for my hikes! The annex is perfect if you want somewhere comfortable and well-equipped with hosts who actually care about making your stay brilliant. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to stay.

We stayed here as a base to explore beautiful Wales and to walk up Mount Snowdon. This was a great location for us and the house was perfect, we had 3 teenagers with us and they all had enough room and space for when they wanted it. Will definitely be back in the future.

The cottage was perfect for our family and dogs. We had everything we needed for a great stay and felt at home very quickly. The location is very quiet with stunning views and walks from the doorstep. Being April the village pubs, cafe and shops were not always fully open so it is good to plan if you are wanting to use. We made good use of the log burner in the evenings and garden and patio when the sun shone. Lovely stay
