Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. The Elan Valley is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and therefore the lakes and countryside are protected and provide a sanctary for an abundance of wildlife and nature. The valley also has International Dark Sky Status. This is all available to you without using your car!
