The house is modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

Charming quiet accommodation with sea view.

Unique and quiet accommodation with garden. The area is quiet, 5 min by car to the village and shops, with access to the beach at 400m. New and spacious apartment, consisting of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a large open main room with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, etc.), a beautiful bathroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed. Internet/4G included. Netflix (using your account). Travel cot, high chair and stroller available. Linen is provided (except beach towels).

Charming and cozy apartment close to the sea

The location of the apartment is ideal to discover the famous Côte de Granit Rose , which granite massif extends over 12 km from Trébeurden to Perros-Guirec. You can therefore leave the car and enjoy many different walks or relax on one of the sandy beaches nearby. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from different beaches, shops, restaurants and public transport. You can also relax in the communal garden with it's picnic table. Bed linen, towels, bath mat and cloths are provided

Shops and 3 beaches are within walking distance. Beds made on arrival. Linens provided.

Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent, 67 m² duplex with exceptional sea views, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage-listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 bed frame into two 80 beds if needed. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 a.m., for other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

On the 11th floor of a 20th century heritage building built in the 1950s by architect R. Le Flanchec, disciple of Le Corbusier. Close to shops and beach. Elevator and parking. NB: mezzanine bedroom (with sea view) low ceiling (1.50 m) + sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully furnished adjoining a bathroom with a shower. In the living room, a 140 double bed, a small living room and a dining table facing the sea. Private parking is located at the bottom of the building reserved for residents. The studio is ideal for 2 people.

An office. An electric car charging point. Possibility of going out to sea (depending on weather and availability).

Thanks to Maria and Philippe for their warm hosting and availability. The lodge is impeccable, located close to the coast where you can enjoy the beaches and good restaurants. The Nordic bath is perfect for relaxing after a good day of walking, enjoying the stars. We loved our stay, and will probably come back!

Accommodation as described, clean, functional and well-equipped. Moreover, it is very well located, close to the beach and the port and in a quiet neighborhood.

Hervé and Sophie's house has a beautiful location and is very well maintained. The tasteful decor impressed us the moment we entered the house. We enjoyed our aperitif with bay views from the living room or terrace. We would come back.

We loved this house! A really unique place where you can have a peaceful holiday watching the tides and lots to do with families (biking, beaches, hiking, markets etc). M

A spacious and bright veranda features large sliding glass doors, offering views of the landscape and ocean. Comfortable seating, including a rocking chair, is arranged thoughtfully, inviting relaxation. Natural light floods the space, highlighting the greenery outside and the tranquil atmosphere.

We were very kindly welcomed by the host's mother. House immediately felt nice because of the beautiful decor, garden and views. It was really a paradise that we were unfortunately able to enjoy too short because of family conditions. At such times, it's nice when your host sends you out with a lot of love and empathy. That was very nice.

Surely one of the best spots to visit the pink granite coast. Authentic Breton house, full of charm, peaceful… Viviane and her husband are very warm and welcoming. Penvern and the big island are ideal for a nature and relaxation stay. Go for it! Jean and Catherine
