Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The vacation home is located in Falkenrehde in the Havelland. Falkenrehde is located directly on the border of Potsdam and is surrounded by lakes, fields and forest. But it is also close to Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam and Berlin. The surroundings therefore invite you to a quiet stay in the seclusion of the sparsely populated lake landscape as well as to excursions to the cultural institutions of the nearby cities.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Stylishly furnished 2-room apartment with space for up to 4 people is quiet and central at the same time. It has a bedroom, a cozy living room with a large sofa bed, an open, fully equipped kitchen and a sunny terrace. Whether a short walk to the swimming area, only 10 minutes away, a trip to the old town island, 2.3 km away, or a detour to Potsdam, about 15 minutes away - the area offers you the best conditions for relaxation and discovery.

New apartment in Ketzin

The brand new and modern apartment is located in a very quiet residential area. Havelpromenade and beach are nevertheless very quickly within walking distance. Shopping (supermarket, bakery, restaurants,...) can also be found around the corner. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with an (external) 2-burner induction stove, oven and refrigerator. You can relax on the balcony in a hanging swing chair.

Bright apartment on horse farm

Right next to the private horse stable is the tastefully furnished apartment on the first floor with an open staircase and large balcony. You can hear the horses breathing and the birds chirping, but also the morning sounds of stable work. The quiet street leads directly to the Riewendsee with its swimming area 2 km away. A restaurant can be reached on foot. One of Brandenburg's most popular cafes with a bakery is about 4 km away.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Apartment in Paretz with garden, 2 rooms.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel bike path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Vacation home in Groß Kreutz

Welcome to our small, stylish holiday apartment at Kulturhof Götz! Where hayloft used to be, the loving restoration of a hundred year old roof beams combine with modern design. A garden invites you to linger in the cozy greenery and with a little luck you can even experience one of our cultural events. The Havelradweg also passes directly by the house and there is a train every hour from Götz to Berlin in 40 minutes.

Large and colorful + sauna

We rolled up our sleeves again and made the over 80 m² Melkerwohnung apartment on the upper floor of our residential building fit. It was important to us to use existing historical furniture and components, as well as the use of natural building materials: lime plaster, wood from our own forest, wood fiber insulation panels, linseed oil, wooden windows... The result is a spacious wellness apartment with some surprises.

Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.
