Een heerlijke ervaring om een paar dagen in het appartement ‘Twee zeeën’ te verblijven. Alles was naar wens en de omgeving is fantastisch. Het bistro setje op het balkon staat natuurlijk zeer knus, maar het zou ook fijn zijn als je wat comfortabeler stoelen met kussens zou kunnen pakken na een lange wandeling. Verder was alles top geregeld.

Fijne ruimte in hartje La Spezia, vlakbij station en winkels.

Heerlijke accommodatie met fantastisch uitzicht. Elias en Egle hebben ons goed geholpen met nuttige tips in de omgeving. Ook kwamen ze ons ophalen bij aankomst zodat wij achter ze aan konden rijden en we direct goed zouden rijden, erg gewaardeerd. Absoluut een aanrader!

Bel appartement 2 chambres avec sa salle de bain moderne et la cuisine entièrement équipée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et même plus. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec les gâteaux laissés pour nous. Les petites attentions telles que le lait laissé au frais avec 2 bouteilles d'eau (eau plate et pétillante) sont vraiment plus qu'agréable !!! Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie parfaite. Le balcon qui donne sur le petit ruisseau et l'emplacement de l'appartement qui est au calme mais en même temps qui est à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et du bord de mer. Vraiment un excellent choix. Nous avons passé un super séjour à 4. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!! N'hésitez pas tout y est parfait

Underbart hem , allt var rent och fint . Vi fick sängkläder , handdukar köksredskap Allt fanns för en smidig och rofylld resa . Mina barn älskade poolen . Allt fanns 2-3 minuter med bil

We arrived by car around 8.45pm due to heavy traffic and a massive rain storm at our last location and Franca was very good about it, very accommodating which we were very grateful for. Franca gave us very clear driving and parking instructions well in advance so we knew we could not enter the village by car - because we arrived late in the evening, there was sufficient parking available. We were, at first, intimated by the walk with our luggage but very grateful that Casa Capellina was one of the first accommodations at the top of the hill! It took 5mins but it was work! ....especially going back up the hill when we checked out. The view from this apartment is absolutely stunning. The tiny staircase you'll need to climb each time is truly worth it! All kitchen and bathroom essentials were available and the bed is very comfy! .....we got used to the bells ringing from 7am. We fell in love with this place, we were sad to leave :(

We had a great stay in Adriano's house in Parma. The house was really nice, very spacious and in a quiet area but also close to the city centre with many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the basic provisions which was helpful for a short stay. Adriano was friendly and responsive and gave us some good local advice. Overall an excellent weekend and hope to visit Param again some time.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, qui est tout simplement parfaite ! Très bien équipée, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour se sentir comme chez soi. L’intérieur est agréable, propre, fonctionnel, et on s’y sent vraiment très bien. Les hôtes sont adorables, toujours disponibles tout en restant très discrets. C’était un vrai plaisir de séjourner ici ! Les alentours sont calmes, reposant, et l’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui se rendent au circuit d’Ottobiano — on ne peut pas faire mieux, c’est tout proche. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés. Merci encore aux hôtes pour leur super accueil !

La casa di Giacomo ci ha regalato un weekend di pace e tranquillità. Immersa nel verde, a circa 10 minuti di auto da Moneglia, è perfetta per una coppia che vuole godersi un momento di pace. Pulizia impeccabile e host proattivo nelle comunicazioni.

Es hat nicht mal ansatzweise den Bildern entsprochen! Im Gegenteil, was war noch viel schöner! Der Morgen mit der Aussicht in den Weinberg, ein Traum. Selbst die Katzen waren freundlich 😂 Wir empfehlen jedem die Unterkunft weiter wie auch die örtliche Bäckerrei 3 Häuser weiter😅

Alessia et Carlo sont des hôtes comme nous aimerions en voir de partout : disponibilité, réactivité, gentillesse, accueil, et serviabilité sont au rendez-vous. Ils sont d'excellent conseils et d'une patience incroyable pour quiconque ne maitrise pas l'italien. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de La Spézia et Alessia vous donnera tous les bons tuyaux pour se stationner gratuitement près de la gare. Non loin du golf des poètes et de Portovenere, le village de Ricco del Golfo est au calme et avec des commerces de proximités très agréables (pasticeria, cafeteria, restaurant très bon marché) . Quand à la maison, elle est spacieuse, très pratique, bien équipée comme annoncée et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate pour les cinque terre, le golf des poètes mais aussi la proximité avec la Toscane car nous avons en effet pu, depuis la maison partir sur la Toscane et visiter Florence Sienne et Pise. We had a great stay!! The communication between the owner and us was 10/10. We felt safe in the location and it was just a short walk from the center of Rapallo.

Wir waren nur für einen Zwischenstopp hier. Die Unterkunft ist sehr idyllisch, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) stayed at Pietro’s place for three nights and had a lovely time. The location is excellent, perhaps the best in all of Cinque Terre. Easy train access, close to the beach and restaurants. The WiFi (for the teenagers) was good, and we enjoyed having morning coffee and evening wine in the lovely courtyard. Washer and dryer were a plus. AC in each bedroom meant we could be as warm or cold as we each wanted. We had no issues with our stay and would choose this place again!

Bruno is amazing, we needed a doctor on a Sunday which he arranged, helped with luggage, communicated about transport and helped carry our bags up the stairs when we arrived. The stairs are as described, there are quite a few but it’s worth it to be in Portafino.

Anche quando già si conosce Milano, c'è sempre qualcosa che vale la pena vedere o rivedere. Stavolta però la casa di Katia ci è parsa talmente accogliente che abbiamo preferito trascorrervi soltanto un'intera giornata.

Stefano est un hôte idéal, très sympathique et accueillant. Il nous a également fourni de très bonnes adresses et de bonnes recommandations pour notre séjour à gênes. L’appartement est très agréable avec une décoration atypique, à l’image d’un musée. La literie était également très confortable. À première vue la rue paraît un peu « hostile » mais nous n’avons eu aucun problème si ce n’est un peu de bruit la première soirée. Attention cependant beaucoup de marches sont à monter pour accéder à l’appartement. Pour finir, je recommande vivement le logement de Stefano.

Il est à proximité de la gare , des bus , d’un supermarché et de petits restaurants locaux . Accès aux Cinque Terre très facile . Nous avons aussi visité les carrières de Carrare et Porto Venere. Séjour parfait

Excellent appartement. Very spacious, clean, functional and luminous. Near to Navigli neighborhood. The host is very reactive and communicated all the necessary information. Perfect stay!

Absolutely stunning. Perfect place to stay to visit cinque terre. Amazing deal for such a nice place. 10 minutes walking to the nearest train station which has a fair amount of trains per day to cinque terre. The next closest station (La Spezia Centrale) is still very close and has plenty of trains (10-15 minute drive away). Furthermore, the host provided two bikes which made everything easy. Super friendly host, spotless place. The free coffee is also very good. Neighborhood is very peaceful, zero street noise. There also happens to be a very friendly neighborhood cat across the street. 100% would recommend.
