Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Trebbia

Siamo stati per la seconda volta nella "casa del riccio". Ci eravamo già stati un anno e mezzo fa in autunno e ci era piaciuta tantissimo, ora l'abbiamo vista in primavera tra il verde intenso, l'esplosione delle ginestre e i fiori della casa... una meraviglia! L'accoglienza di Marco e la sua disponibilità sono state ancora una volta eccezionali.. abbiamo anche festeggiato insieme il compleanno di uno di noi ed è stata una giornata davvero di compagnia! ...ci siamo sentiti proprio come a casa.. ancora meglio! La casa ha visto ancora ristrutturazioni fatte con arte che l'hanno resa ancora più gradevole (se mai ce ne fosse stato bisogno, perché era già bellissima) Un soggiorno che consigliamo vivamente! Soprattutto un grazie a Marco per tutte le attenzioni , la simpatia e la disponibilità dimostrate. A presto! Eugenia, Francesca, Alberto e Pino

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

La permanenza presso il BnB di Elisabetta è stato molto piacevole. La casa impeccabile, estremamente graziosa, in un piccolo borgo immerso nel verde. Non è assolutamente da dare per scontata la colazione, lasciata ogni mattina, sia dolce che salata, fatta homemade, molto buona. Per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, questo è il posto giusto. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Babys in der schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, der Garten wunderschön und großzügig, der Blick sagenhaft und die Ruhe ein Genuss. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr schnell und hilfreich - auch bezüglich Tipps für Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank!

Alloggio bellissimo, corrispondente alle foto, in un contesto molto tranquillo. Le camere sono confortevoli e ognuna con il suo bagno. Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di Pavia. Colazione ottima. Si può godere dell’intera casa, giardino compreso. Gabriela e suo marito rispecchiano esattamente la loro casa. Sono fighissimi. Ci hanno accolto con uno spirito familiare, sono stati sorridenti, gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno fornito indicazioni utili e chiare per tutto. Alloggio super consigliato.

Alberto e sua moglie sono stati Host incredibili, ci hanno accolto in un angolo di paradiso nel mezzo delle colline dell'Oltrepó Pavese, nella loro casa di famiglia. Il casale è un pezzo di storia e tradizione, completamente ristrutturato pochi anni fa, con ogni confort e servizio. Living room con cucina e divano letto enorme, camera matrimoniale ristrutturata nel vecchio fienile con incredibile vista sulle colline, una scala in legno pregiato che collega l'ingresso ai piani superiori, un locale cantina dove immergersi nei ricordi di un epoca passata. La casa è molto grande, fruibile anche per grandi famiglie come la nostra. La vista dal terrazzo è incredibile e il relax che abbiamo trascorso in piscina è stato impagabile (piscina con acqua salata, molto rara!). Alberto è un uomo di rara socialità, ci ha coinvolto nei racconti di vari aneddoti, sia riguardanti la sua famiglia che le zone circostanti. Ci ha fornito consigli preziosi sulla zona e sulle attività disponibili. Grazie!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht zur Durchreise da, können die Unterkunft auch für einen längeren Zeitraum nur empfehlen. Liebevolle Details in der Wohnung, schnelles Reagieren auf Nachrichten und persönlicher Empfang am späten Abend sind unsrer Meinung nach Top-Kriterien für die Empfehlung der Gastgeberin. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Non si tratta solo del posto dove siamo stati ospitati, ma dell'accoglienza ricevuta. Disponibilità estrema a venire incontro con grande costesia a esigenze impreviste, mettendo a disposizione più di quanto fosse previsto. La casa davvero bella, tenuta con grande cura, mantiene un'atmosfera di altri tempi, pur essendo perfettamente funzionale. Un posto dove fermarsi anche per i ribelli in cammino.

We hebben maar 1 nacht geboekt en we zouden best wel langer willen blijven. Het is een hele nette, mooie accomodatie. Schoon en in een rustige buurt. Het plafond vonden we wel heel bijzonder, helemaal in still met de oude huizen van de stad. De locatie is top! Midden in het centrum. Met de auto was het ook goed te doen, er is een parkeergarage vrij dicht in de buurt.

Appartamento pulitissimo, modernissimo e bellissimo. Weekend lavorativo fuori porta alleggerito molto dalla comodità dell’alloggio e del letto. Zona molto tranquilla e residenziale. Giuseppe molto gentile e disponibile, consiglio vivamente!

This AirBnB surpassed our expectations and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s huge, has everything you need, and the view is simply breathtaking…we never wanted to leave. Sarah, the Host, is extremely friendly and helpful. She definitely went the extra mile - picked us up from the station, took us grocery shopping, offered a late check out, and shared local recommendations. While it is well connected to nearby attractions by public transport, be warned that the walk up is brutal - hundreds of steps from the station - and definitely not suitable with luggage. However, there is a bus that comes every hour and the view was worth it. We would love to stay again and highly recommend the accommodations to others.

Fijne ruimte in hartje La Spezia, vlakbij station en winkels.

Heerlijke accommodatie met fantastisch uitzicht. Elias en Egle hebben ons goed geholpen met nuttige tips in de omgeving. Ook kwamen ze ons ophalen bij aankomst zodat wij achter ze aan konden rijden en we direct goed zouden rijden, erg gewaardeerd. Absoluut een aanrader!

Paola è stata l’host perfetta. È stata disponibile al nostro arrivo in tarda serata, ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa è fornitissima, ha tutto ciò che serve. Ha un bellissimo panorama e terrazzo giardino. Sebbene la strada sia stretta, è facilissimo arrivarci. Consigliatissimo soprattutto per chi vuole stare lontano da città o dal caos delle spiagge. Posto in cui sarà bello tornare

Un apartamento muy bonito, con unas vistas preciosas y Monia y Francesca fueron muy amables con nosotros. Muy recomendado!

Andrea was such a wonderful and helpful host! Had some struggles with finding a ride to the place and Andrea called people for us while being out of town! So helpful with his communication and his kindness. Definitely need to keep in mind it is a 10 min. drive from the closest town so if you don’t have a car or great Italian transportation can be tricky. We used the bus system but very particular about the timing and last rides are around 4:30pm so just plan around that! Other than that place is exactly as described, amazing views, and helpful host. Definitely recommend if you want a cozy get away and some alone time with the mountains!

La maison d'Alberto et de Bruna est très recommandable, nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise avec nos deux enfants en bas âge dans cet appartement bien aménagé. Le jardin dans la cour intérieure est comme une oasis de calme et de verdure dans la petite ville. Il y a de bons restaurants, une boulangerie, des magasins et une très bonne gelateria à une courte distance à pied. Seule la cantina voisine faisait parfois un peu de bruit le soir, mais cela ne nous a guère dérangés. Nous reviendrons volontiers. Merci beacoup, Alberta & Bruna!

Situé dans un petit village pittoresque, à proximité de l'église, le logement de Graziella et Alberto est très agréable. Il offre grâce à ses terrasses une multitude de vues sur les visages perchés alentours et sur la mer. A quelques kilomètres de Levanto, il permet d'effectuer de magnifiques balades dans les Cinque Terre et de trouver le soir venu un havre de paix et de tranquillité. Je recommande ce logement.

From the opening of the gates & the warm welcome from Suran we knew this place was going to be special. As you open each door every room has a wow factor, but then you go onto the terrace and have a 360 degree view which can only be described as meravigilioso. It really is peaceful and beautiful. We was a family of 8 & the villa catered for our every need & more. The interior is tastefully decorated yet feels like home. The swimming pool was an added bonus and set in beautiful grounds. Federico was always communicative and available. His recommendations of wineries and restaurants were well received. It may be difficult to leave the villa but the local area is great to explore either by car bike or walking. There is only one negative.......you will have to prepare your heart to leave! We were 3 generations, so really enjoyed the space and comfort of the house. There is not much to add to all the nice things previous guests have said about this lovely old house in a lovely place. Ivo is a delightful and very interesting host. The house is beautiful and beautifully maintained.. Be aware that the roads throughout the mountains are steep and narrow; also the coastal resorts are very busy, with parking a challenge. We took the suggestion and went to the Cinque Terre by train for the day - driving there would have been impossible! There's lots of good hiking in the area, including exploring from the door, and we did several others using Alltrails. We all loved our stay.

La villa è davvero incantevole, più bella di quanto non si possa apprezzare in fotografia, in particolare le aree esterne: il giardino è davvero molto grande e curato mentre la piscina pulita è inaspettatamente profonda (con tanto di trampolino per i tuffi). Sia dal giardino sia dalla casa si gode una vista meravigliosa e l’ambiente era fresco e ventilato. La casa è ampia e molto curata, in particolare i bagni! La proprietaria è stata così gentile da consentirci di posticipare il check alle 20:00 anziché alla mattina per farci godere anche tutta la domenica. Davvero una bellissima esperienza, da ripetere!

Our stay at Villa Claudia was spectacular. The location is absolutely perfect-right by the sea, with easy access to Cinque Terre. To access town you take a short pleasant stroll by the sea. There are even a few cafes steps away from the villa. The moment you enter the property, you're greeted with the smell of honeysuckle and you're immediately drawn in. The villa and property are even more beautiful than pictures show. The villa itself is so pretty and has everything you need for a comfortable and delightful stay. We appreciated that our hosts Paola and Giovanni were so helpful with questions about restaurants, check in, logistics, location and accommodation details which helped to make our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend Villa Claudia for anyone looking for a beautiful seaside retreat in Portovenere. We wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return - hopefully sooner than later.
