Cilcain is a small, but well-appointed new cottage, next door to, but detached from, our old farm cottage. Set in peaceful surroundings, with views. Ideal for 4 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children, whether wanting to walk, cycle, explore, or have a quiet break. Set between the Cambrian mountains and the sea - 10 miles from the coast. Located on the Melindwr river on the edge of the village of Goginan, private wild fishing lake, private location, log fired hot tub, garden with BBQ, parking, close to the Nant yr Arian Mountain Bike Centre (bikers can ride from the trails to the Cabin) and a wide range of visitor facilities around Aberystwyth (river, lake and sea fishing, kyaking, surfing, horse riding, theatre, cinemas, Rheidol Steam Trains to Devils Bridge Waterfalls), one mile to the Druid Inn, serving food and ales.

The self contained annex has been recently extended and includes a large bedroom, lounge with sofa bed please mention if needed so extra bedding can be provided- no extra cost for 2 people booking. fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Parking is available outside the annex. All access and accommodation is on the same level for easy use. Set in the countryside it offers superb views, bike rides etc. The annex provides a comfortable homely experience within easy reach of local amenities.

Stunning shepherd’s hut with hot tub in West Wales

Relax in this combination of rustic and modern shepherds hut. Wake up to an incredible view through a floor to ceiling window at the bottom of your king bed. Enjoy star gazing in the hot tub, or relax on the patio watching the Red Kites. There is miles and miles of walking paths on your door step as well as a cycle track, so don’t forget your bike! And although the hut is set on a working farm, there is plenty of privacy and peace and quiet.

Self Contained Unit on a Smallholding

Guests can enjoy a sunny twin bedroom, self-catering kitchen space (breakfast cereals, tea and coffee facilities provided) with microwave oven, 2 x hob, air fryer, fridge and sink. Dining alfresco is an option in a private courtyard with outside table and chairs and a bbq is availabe on request, with plenty of space for bikes or kayaks etc. There is off-road parking for 2 vehicles. The Pod at Gwarcae

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings at this peaceful pod in the Welsh Hills, just over a mile outside Devils Bridge, which is famous for its waterfalls. The Pod is on a quiet country lane with lots of wonderful walks straight out the door. The Pod is cosy and the perfect spot to enjoy the quiet countryside and beautiful dark skies, whilst also having plenty of interesting things to do and see in the local area.

Come and stay in our unique and romantic country cabin and enjoy the stunning views. Located in West Wales (10 minutes from seaside town, Aberystwyth), It’s a short walk from a traditional welsh country village, which has the amazing award winning gastro pub - Y Ffarmers. Just to notify, there is a 150 meter walk from the car to the cabin including steps, but we are happy to help with luggage if needed.
