Winegrower's house, a true haven of peace, located in the charming village of Villeneuve Minervois where you will find all amenities. Very bright and comfortable, it consists of: ground floor garage, cellar, small garden. On the 1st floor, equipped kitchen in living room, large living room (with sofa bed), bathroom with toilet, large double bedroom with 160 cm bed plus bunk beds for children. On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with double bed 140 cm, 1 bedroom with single bed, bathroom with toilet.

Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION Charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio located a short walk from the village and a few km from Carcassonne. The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.
