Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!

Location is quiet, stress-free, ideal for couples, families and groups who want to relax. Supermarkets and shopping are within easy reach by car. Lidl, Slabenitis in Arta, Masoutis in Louros. Also worth seeing is the Ambrak National Park and Koronisia the island in the Ambrak Gulf. The flora and climate in the region is unique.
